Chandragupta fixes Mura’s bangle in her hand and gets emotional that he was hating a mother who was also suffering like him and needed his help to free herself from cruel Dhananand and confronts Mura why did she hide truth for so long. Mura says it was important that he should be alive, if Dhananand had known truth, he would have killed Chandragupta like Veerbhadra. She says Dhananand wanted to killed Chandragupta 12 years ago itself; he even got suspicious sometime ago and wanted to kill Chandragupta, but Chankaya planned to send someone else as Chandragupta and sent Veerbhadra to sacrifice himself and save Chandragupta.

Chandragupta asks Mura to tell why Dhananand was behind Piplivan. Mura goes into flashback where Dhananand shows his new hairstyle to his father and asks if

he will look good during his coronation ceremony tomorrow. Father says hair is napit nand’s pride and showing Piplivan far away says he can make his father more happy if he wins Piplivan as all his 7 brothers tried to attack and conquer it, but failed miserably. Dhananand asks what is special in it. His father says it is tight security. Mura continues describing that Piplivan’s fort is made with special material with high walls and loyal security guards under senapati Matsaldev’s guidance, many evil kings tried to conquer Piplivan but failed.

After becoming king, Dhananand boasts that he will conquer Piplivan and will ruin it is dignity. Royal priest says he cannot harm Piplivan’s pride as he made a boy’s kundali who will rule united Bharath and will be single king. Dhananand angrily asks who is it. Priest says Piplivan’s prince. Dhananand angrily walks towards priest. Priest says if he kills prince in childhood, he can conquer Piplivan and whole Bharath. Dhananand cuts priest’s tongue for foretelling bad future and says now he will he will conquer Piplivan which his 7 brothers could not.

In Piplivan, Mattsaldev teaches sword fight to baby Chandragupta. Chandragupta boasts he will protect Piplivan and will not let enemy eye on it. His father acts as getting severe leg pain, and he runs to father leaving his sword. Father asks Matsaldev why did he not punish Chandragupta for dropping sword. Matsaldev says he is thankful to king for treating him like family, but he cannot punish cute prince. Chandragupta says his mother taught him to be understand other’s pain and help them even if they have to bear pain. Mura enters and hugging him happily says he is right. Her husband scolds her for making him weak while he wants to make Chandragupta a great warrior. Dhananand enters with white flag signifying friendship and says his 7 brothers could not conquer Piplivan, so realizing king’s powers he came to befriend him.

Chanakya Niti: Milk curdles with a few drops of lemon, but does not with any amount of sweet, similarly they should examine a person’s qualities before befriending them, else they will repent.
