Deva says to Jyothi, tell me will you give me my name? Prakash says what nonsense is this, she is my wife I have given her my name why will she accept Deva. Deva says to him only my Maa can take this decision and no one else. Deva asks Jyothi to take the most important decision of her life, she was not allowed to accept her son and raise him and asks her not to be scared and take her decision and only her word will be the final. Jyothi says to Deva, yes I will give you my name and this happiness is bigger than the happiness of being a mother. She asserts that a woman is initially dependent on her father and that her son will bear her surname, creating a joyous moment. Hugging Deva, she expresses happiness, leaving Prakash bewildered.
Prakash scolds Jyothi, who claims ignorance and insists she has no choice but to give her surname to Deva. She shares her happiness with Deva, smiling at Tara and wiping Deva’s tears. Tara mentions that Jyothi gave birth to Deva and provided him with a new life.
Tara suggests an Aarti for Deva, stating that he has found his identity, and Jyothi assures that he will regain everything in his life. Prakash departs, and Deva seeks blessings from Jyothi, who advises him to also seek blessings from Tara. Jyothi blesses them both, and Nana congratulates them. Savithri insists they touch her feet and arranges a celebration for Dev Jyothi. Madhav comments on Savithri’s unexpected plans.
Tara expresses gratitude to God for Deva’s family. Savithri insists that she did all this and mentions fulfilling Tara’s wish. Tara acknowledges her promise and expresses readiness to fulfill it, but Savithri reveals that Tara isn’t Deva’s happiness. She asks Tara to leave, stating that Deva married her for revenge and can’t escape their troubled past. Tara insists on Deva’s changed nature and vows to bring happiness. Savithri emphasizes the importance of a mother’s role over the wedding vows. She urges Tara to decide within three hours.
Deva questions the situation, and Savithri deceives him. Tara lights a diya, sharing her sorrow with God and confiding in Preethi about her decision to distance herself from Deva’s life. Preethi consoles her. Tara says to her, I don’t know if I will get answers to my questions but I will surely talk to him.
Precap: Tara steps out in tears. Nani Maa says to Tara that for Deva to get his rights you have to leave him.
Tara walks in back disguised and says I came back for my husband and my family’s safety.
