Sagar says to an enraged Shivaay:
-Have you lost it?Do you have any idea what are you saying?What do you know about me and Anika?Just leave me.
-I know what I am saying.You don’t have to tell me that.
-May I know why are you here and how are you related to Anika?
-I will tell you exactly how and why I am related to Anika.Before that you tell me,do you know where is Anika?In what condition and what is she doing?
Sagar goes silent.He falls back on the sofa then covers his face with both of his hands.Breaking the silence he says:
-Last I saw Anika in Mumbai.After that……………
-After that you pushed her away from your heart and life then got busy as usual,no?
-Trust me I tried.I tried a lot to contact with Anika but seemed like she just went vanished.You know na where is Anika?Take me to her plz.I have to ask for her forgiveness.What I did to her………..
-What’s the use now?Rejecting Anika and her love you moved on happily.Got married and started a new life all together.You don’t deserve her forgiveness.

-It’s true I was all set to get married.But when I saw Anika at the wedding venue my defense got weakened and I called off my forced marriage.Right after Anika left,I too followed her leaving the wedding altar but….could not find her.Shivaay says in disgust:

-I am not telling lies.Dad threatened me that he would commit suicide if I would not get married.You tell me Shivaay,what would you have done if you were in my place?I was torn in between my love and the words of my Dad.I was helpless Shivaay,I was helpless……….Sagar starts crying.
Shivaay too gets shocked as Pinky’s face comes to his mind.Silence takes over the cabin.Suddenly Sagar stands up:
-I have to meet Anika.Till now I am living under so much guilt that I could not save our relation,could not respect our love.When Anika needed me most,I could not be with her.How Anika must have suffered because of me,in my absence!
I have to atone for my crimes.I am her culprit.Plz take me to her.I beg of you.Sagar joins his hand in front of Shivaay.He says:
-I can see you are under immense guilt.That is going to increase by many-fold when I will break another news to you.Taking a pause:
Anika…..Anika is pregnant with your child.
-What?
-Just couple of days ago,I got to know.For your information,since the day you turned Anika away,she has been with me.I found her on the road all alone,in bridal dress.I brought her at my home and from that day she has become my responsibility.Sagar,who is under shock says nodding his hand:
-This is not possible.Anika can’t conceive.She….Shivaay says getting angry:
-Why not?In the party of you and Anika’s homecoming you two…….He stops then looks away.Sagar says:
-But that night nothing happened in between us as you are assuming to be.(This time Shivaay gets surprised)
Party was going on in a five star hotel.We were not in our senses I agree.One waiter splashed drink on her.Before I could do anything,Anika passed out under the influence of alcohol.I thought it was not safe to drive back home in that condition so I decided to stay back.
-What happened after that?
-Hotel manager told me there was only one room left.It was booked for a newly wed couple.For any reason booking got canceled.Me and Anika got in there.A female staff of the hotel changed Anika’s cloths when I was outside.
-Then?
-In the morning when Anika woke up she suspected something happened between us watching the surrounding and our condition.She could not recall neither could I.
-One second.If you could not recall anything then how come you are saying all these to me right now?
-Anika was really upset.To sort out the matter I went to the same hotel again.There,manager told me everything.
-Had not you told Anika about this?
-I tried but every time she refused to hear anything.Sensing her uncomfortable feeling,I refrained myself.That’s why I am asking how is it possible.
Shivaay falls into deep thinking so does Sagar.After some time without saying anything Shivaay opens the door and leaves.Sagar does not realize that he has left.He turns only to find he was not in the room.

Shivaay is on the road,driving.He says in his mind:
“If Sagar is telling the truth then it means……..No,no.What are you thinking Shivaay?”
He stops the car then comes out of it.Again he says:
“That night when Anika wanted to give me surprise,I was prepared beforehand.I mixed sleeping pill in her food and she fell asleep.Before that,I had to act like coming close her.Then?(Shivaay rakes his brain)How could I forget Punch party?Oh my God,this is…………..No,I have to find out….”
Shivaay brings out his phone.His phone is connected with the CCTV of his room.He placed those to monitor Anika’s activities.He searches for the footage of the punch party.With a pounding heart he goes through the recording.His tension raises with every passing second.
He stops coming at where Anika is holding out nuptial chain and vermilion box to him.He says in his mind:
“Did Anika get to know everything?But how is it possible?Who would tell her that?”
Shivaay watches further.Anika is not allowing to touch her……She is going out of the room……He is saying something but right that moment it blacks out.
Shivaay:Damn it.Because of power cut nothing recorded further.If what Sagar said is true then……..How,how did that happen?Anika was my responsibility and what I did?How would I know exactly what happened in that night?How would I find the answer of my questions?How?
A Pir Baba puts his hand on Shivaay’s shoulder.He turns getting shocked.Pir Baba says:
-Dear,you won’t find answer until you seek.We all have questions in our heart and God is ready to help us to find answers.He never refuses any pure,innocent heart and who is in need.Open your inner eyes,ask your own heart.You will find your answer.
Because it’s that place where He,God resides,where love blossoms,from where everything has started.

Saying all those Pir Baba leaves towards the Dargah.Shivaay looks at.People are going in that direction with various offering.He too follows them.Bringing out the handkerchief,he ties it around his head.Then,taking off the shoes,he enters inside and goes through few rituals.

“Today I need answer for me,Anika and that little innocent life who is getting nurtured in Anika’s womb.If I don’t get my answer,everyone is going to suffer.I will do injustice not only with them but with me too.We can lie to everyone but not to our heart.
I have said enough lies till now,only to protect Anika.I am tired of telling lies to me to her but not anymore.I love Anika.Yes,I love her and I can’t live without her.Can’t term my love as mere responsibility anymore.Anika deserves true happiness.
I have to come to a definite conclusion.That may change our lives,forever.Plz God,show me the way.I am begging of your mercy.Plz hear me once……………”
