Continuation from Episode 16:
Omkara and Gauri have left the hospital for Trivedi Villa.Gauri sent back her car and driver beforehand.They are on the busy road of Delhi.Om is driving while Gauri sits silently,looking outside.Hesitating few moments,Om says-
Om:Are you okay?
Gauri:Yeah…She goes silent once again.
Om:There is a parcel behind you.Would you plz pick it up?Gauri is absent mind so Om asks her again.This time she responds and does what he has asked.
Gauri:What is it Omkara Ji?
Om:A food parcel,for you.You have not eaten anything whole day.I have brought it for you.You should eat something otherwise you will fall ill.Gauri gets surprised-
Gauri:What was the need to bother yourself?And I am not hungry.
Om:I know you are worried for Anika but that does not mean you will skip food and fall sick.Eat something.You will feel better.
Gauri tries to protest but Om says-
Om:It will take at least three hours to reach your home if traffic stays normal.If there is jam ahead then it will take more time.You will stay hungry till then?Listen,Shivaay has asked me to take care of you.If anything happens to you,he won’t spare me.That’s why I am asking you to eat.If not for anything then respect my request and eat something plz.It will be huge favour on me!
Gauri smiles and agrees.She opens the parcel and starts eating.She offers Om but he refuses.Gauri says-
Gauri:Can I ask you something?
Om:Go on.
Gauri:You love your brother very much right?
Om:More than my life should be a perfect answer.But I think it’s not true or sufficient enough.Actually we three-Shivaay,Rudra and I are each other’s life.Like Dadi says,three different bodies but one soul.We love each other so much that we can’t imagine our life without one another,even for a second.You know what,Rudra is very possessive about Shivaay.He is like Shivaay’s little baby.And Shivaay,what to say about him?He is our lifeline,heartbeat of our whole family.The way he loves and protects us,can’t be described in words.Whenever he goes away from house for any meeting or business trip,we miss him so much especially Rudra.He is a complete businessman but never forgets to take care of his family.For him his family is everything.I,Rudra,Priyanka are his life.Now as he is here,Rudra is roasting me over phone for every detail of Shivaay.Om laughs.
Gauri was listening with full of admiration.Watching her smiling face Om asks-
Om:What happened?
Gauri:Nothing.It’s great to hear about your family,the love between siblings.You know,our family is too like yours.Anika di is our everything.She is the jaan of our family.I,Soumya,Sahil,we all three are favourite of di.We too can’t imagine our life without her.When we come together,our house turns into sea of happiness.But now…..Gauri sulks.
Om:Don’t worry.Everything will be fine.I have full faith on Shivaay.He will find a way soon to reconcile all of you with Anika especially with Mr.Trivedi.Sighing Gauri says-
Gauri:Hope so……
HOSPITAL

Doctor finishes checking Anika and says she is fine but physically weak because of the injury.She needs to eat properly and taking medicine.Nurse comes with food and medicine for Anika for the night to feed her but Shivaay takes the charge.After feeding Anika,Shivaay puts her to sleep.Until Anika sleeps,he sits beside her on the bed.Looking at Anika,Shivaay says in his mind-
“I want you sleep peacefully,without any tension,stress,anything at all.Your pure,innocent smile gives me courage to fight those odds come in the way.Don’t know what was the reason for that you have shed so much tears.But now,I,Shivaay Singh Oberoi is promising you that-no matter what happens I won’t let tears come into your life again.Just hoping for your recovery leaving behind your shadow,oblivious life that you are living now.I will wait for that particular day to come when you will step into your full of real happiness,normal life.That day will be happiest and biggest day of my life……..”
Shivaay caresses Anika’s face then adjusts the duvet around her…….
Trivedi Villa

Here Om and Gauri have reached Trivedi Villa.Getting down from the car she says-
Gauri:See my luck,can’t even tell you to come inside.I am feeling really bad that I have to send you back like this.You and your family has done so much for us but……
Om:No no,it’s absolutely okay.I can understand and plz don’t feel sad.I hope I would get another chance of meeting your family when everything turns normal.So,I am taking your leave from here for today.I will see you tomorrow.
Gauri:Bye.
Gauri moves ahead.Before entering through entrance door,she takes a glance of Om turning back.Om is also looking at her.He waves his hand.Watching that Gauri smiles and moves inside.
He then calls Shivaay and informs about Gauri’s home coming.Shivaay tells him to go back to the motel to take rest.They will meet tomorrow.He cuts the call and drives back towards motel Purple Orchid…….

Clock strikes 2 a.m.Anika is sleeping like a little baby.Shivaay is seen sleeping on the sofa holding a magazine.Few seconds later Anika stirs in the sleep,starts tossing her head in the pillow.Her breathing turns heavy in no time.Sweat beads appear on her forehead while he clutches the bed sheet and screams-SAGAR!!!!!!!
Shivaay opens his eyes hearing the scream.Throwing away the magazine he rushes to Anika.By then Anika is panting in fear sitting on the bed.Her facial expressions are telling that she has dreamed something terrible.Shivaay says holding Anika’s hand-
Shivaay:A..Anika,what,what happened?Why did you scream?Are you feeling pain?
Without answering,Anika pushes Shivaay’s hands away from her.Feeling her uncomfortable,Shivaay says nothing further.Lights are on as Anika is scared of darkness.He takes the glass of water and offers it to her.Anika takes it with trembling hand.She calms down a little bit.Shivaay says-
Shivaay:Perhaps you have dreamed something bad.Forget it,don’t think about it okay?Go to sleep.I am here if you need anything,don’t worry.Shivaay turns to get up but Anika grabs his hand from behind-
Anika:That was a very bad dream.I can’t remember what it was but now I am scared to close my eyes.What if….no,no.I can’t go to sleep.No!
Would you plz stay with me?Anika says with pleading eyes.Shivaay sits beside her once again,this time close.
Shivaay:Nothing will happen Anika.I am with you.Anika looks at him with pain in her eyes then takes shelter into Shivaay’s arms,once again,holding him tightly with both the hands.Shivaay is little surprised but responds to her hug.Anika closes her eyes in Shivaay’s arms with a peaceful look.Wrapping his hands securedly around Anika,Shivaay says in his mind-
“You have already forgotten me,those five days.Once you recover,you will forget me completely Anika!People do meet special people in their life once in a while.Even though they depart,they leave beautiful memories behind them to cherish lifelong.But look at me.I am collecting memories of our togetherness all alone.When you would not even feel the presence of mine in your life,once you recover.Can you imagine how painful is it for me?Still I am happy,happy for you and jealous at the same time(he smiles).Never thought that I would face such day in my life where I would feel my emotions are divided into two parts-Pain and Happiness,simultaneously……..”
Shivaay’s tears fall into Anika’s hairs.He closes his eyes holding Anika more tightly,in his strong arms…..
Precap:Anika is standing in her new home.She is looking around happily while Shivaay is watching her with a smile in his face!
