Chalte Chalte: A Journey Of Love (Shivika FF): Episode 10

Continuation from Episode 9:

Anika has left Trivedi Villa ignoring all the urges of family members.Shivaay is also out of Trivedi Villa in search of Anika,in his car.He has no idea in which way or in what direction to go so that he will find her still he moves on.On the other hand Anika is walking on a busy road of Delhi.She has stopped crying but eyes are heavily moist.Her face is completely expressionless.While walking only one sentence is playing in her mind in auto mode style-“I hate that word from your mouth,do you understand?”….Anika’s breath gets hitched thinking of that!

Sitting on the car Shivaay is getting restless more and more with each passing second.He takes his phone to call Anika but realizes that she is not carrying any phone with her.In anger he drops the phone.Suddenly weather turns bad and rain drops start falling.People are seen running to and fro for shelter.Anika is unmoved and continues her walking.It’s almost evening and road becomes empty in no time due to rain.Walking further Anika stops.Remaining in that state for few minutes,she collapses on the road on her knees.Rain gets heavy with thunder.Lightnings are flashing every now and then.No one is near Anika except those road side lights.Drenching in the rain she closes her eyes then screams-“Why?”.She burst into tears,very badly.Rain drops get mixed with her tear drops but unable to wash those!

Shivaay is in his car and still searching for Anika.Thousand questions are peeping in his heart one after another.He tries to avoid those making Anika his priority.Going ahead a little more fortunately he spots Anika,sitting on the road.He gets relaxed.There Anika stands up from her sitting position.Shivaay is just few inches away from her.He gets down the car.But before he manages to reach Anika,a car comes like it has no break and hits Anika who is standing in front of him and vanishes in the rain!All these happen very quickly,before the very eyes of Shivaay!Shivaay is unable to believe what he just saw!Anika is lying on the road,and one portion of her side is redden with blood.After realizing what is the reality,Shivaay shouts on top of his voice-“Annnikaaa!!!!”That echoes five times in the surrounding with the sound of continuous thunder.World seems comes to a standstill for Shivaay!

In Trivedi Villa

Mr.Trivedi is seen sitting in his bed room which is almost dark.Lightnings are flashing inside the room,windows are closing and opening in the force of gusty wind.He is all alone there.Something is in his hand and he is watching it without blinking.Mrs.Trivedi comes and switches on the lights.Going near him she puts her hands on his shoulder.Without turning Mr.Trivedi says-

Mr.Trivedi:Vasundhara,do you remember when you conceived for the first time,what doctor told us?Mrs.Trivedi tries to remember-
Mr.Trivedi:Doctor told us baby was not growing as per its normal growth.If that would go this way then abortion was a must!I refused to accept and believe what doctor said though I knew what was written in the report.We were going to be parents for the first time.How happy we were,our family!After coming home that day I….Mrs.Trivedi starts without letting Mr.Trivedi complete-

Mrs.Trivedi:You cried whole night lying beside me,secretly!
Mr.Trivedi:You knew that?He is surprised!
Mrs.Trivedi:I was sleepless too.Watching you like that I could not control my tears.I did not want to believe the reports but doctor told us very clearly to get ready for anything.You left eating!I prayed to God day and night not to snatch our happiness from us,before the second test.I somehow managed myself but your broken condition kept giving me immense pain.How vulnerable you were at that time!No one will believe it now!Mrs.Trivedi stops and takes it from Mr.Trivedi’s hand which he is holding.She continues-

Mrs.Trivedi:My prayers got answered.Doctors declared our case a complete miracle of God!Then,six months later,I held the piece of my heart,my world,in my hands,in my arms-My Anika!Mrs.Trivedi kisses the photo frame which she has taken from Mr.Trivedi’s hand.In it,Mr.Trivedi is seen holding a little new born baby,who is kissing the forehead.Mrs.Trivedi’s tear falls on the photo.

Mrs.Trivedi:Do you remember what happened during the time of vaccination?It made me laugh even now when I remember.Everyone made fun of you especially Mother-in-law!
Mr.Trivedi:I did not want to hurt my little princess with painful injections.I was so against it!He laughs.
Mrs.Trivedi:Laughing-More than your daughter,you were the one who cried like a grown up baby!Doctor was smiling looking at you and half of the stuffs of hospital were watching and enjoying your situation even me too!Even before doctor could go with the process,you argued with him for two hours!Mr.Trivedi is all smiling hearing his wife’s words.
Mrs.Trivedi:Mother-in-law was above everyone in teasing you.Do you remember what she said after hearing everything?
Mr.Trivedi:Ma laughed her heart out taking my little princess in her hand and said in fun-“My grand-daughter has born to make you cry Harsh.Be careful from now on!”
Mrs.Trivedi:Yes,she teased me too a lot after you.
Mr.Trivedi:Ma was telling the truth Vasundhara!Mrs.Trivedi gets shocked and looks at him-
Mrs.Trivedi:Plz,don’t say like that.I know you two are angry with each other but trust me,everything will be fine.My heart is saying everything will turn out like before.Mr.Trivedi gets up and says-
Mr.Trivedi:How I wish that could happen Vasundhara!But now,it’s not possible.Saying this he leaves the room…….
