Shefali opened her eyes to the most mesmerizing view, Karthik’ head was on her shoulder and her head was on his. She slowly lifted her head and drank in the sight of Karthik, even though she was in one the most beautiful places, right now the only thing which looked beautiful to her was Karthik. She kept admiring him when he suddenly opened his eyes. She became alert and immediately moved away. She got up to go but Karthik held her hand
“I like you Shefali, can we meet even after the trek” he asks her
She looks away and he considers its her rejection. He leaves her hand, and she turns to him and holds his hand
“Yes we will meet again” she smiles
“Yes, yes yes.. “Karthik punches in the air
It was the last day of their trek and it was time to go home. Last night was magical for them. After their dance they sat together and talked about so many things. But the most sensitive topic about her parents she had avoided. And Karthik gave her the space she wanted. She liked that he respected it.
They both exchanged their numbers and left.

Isqhi was thinking of a way to tell Ahaan about his mother, if he comes to know what his father had done, he will take his mothers’ side. She needed to bring the truth out.
She came to her home and unlocked it. As soon as she entered, she saw her hall fully decorated with flowers, her favorite red roses. Several candles illuminated the place, glowing softly in the darkness. She walked in and felt a hand snaking around her waist, and she smiled putting her hand on his. She turned around to see Ahaan
“What is all this” she asked
“Karthik said you ran away because I gave you a 1921 proposal”
She laughed then “Yes he is right”
He pulled her towards him” but I won’t allow you to run”
She places her hand on his shoulders and leans in touching their noses.
“Wait wait don’t kiss me yet, I haven’t proposed” he teases, and she hits him playfully
“Chipde kahike” she says
“Whats that word now” he asks..
“Forget that, start your proposal” she says with fake arrogance
He smiles and goes on a knee “Isqhi, from the time you have entered my life, my black and white life of 1921 has changed to colours of 2021. You have thought me whats it to love someone and be loved. My family likes you so much too.. Will you be Mrs.Ahaan Veer Malhotra”
Isqhi smiles and cries at the same time listening to Ahaan. She never thought this day would come when she would love someone so much.
“Are you going to keep me on my knees all night long” he asks holding his knees
“What if I am “she teases
“then I will stay here forever till you say yes”
“Awwwww.. my cutie pie” saying this she pinches his cheek.
She kneels too and puts her hand forward. He puts the ring in her finger. He holds her hand and they both get up. He takes her to the mirror and hugs her from behind.
“I still didn’t get my answer” he whispers in her ears.
She moved to turn around, but he holds her there. He brings a chain and slowly puts it in her neck grazing his fingers on her sensitive neck. Once he hooks it, he moves her hair away and kisses her on the neck. Isqhi feels her breath hitch. He places soft kisses along her neck, and she whimpers.
“Are you trying to seduce me so that I answer yes ”
“Is it working” he continues kissing her.
She turns and pecks on his lips.
“Let’s get married” she says, and he smiles. And they hug each other.

Isqhaan come home and announce to everyone about their wedding. Everyone is so happy and elated that Isqhi will be the daughter in law of the house. Everyone blesses the couple including dadi
“Be happy now only Ishqi, later on you won’t get the chance” dadi thinks and smiles.
“who will take my blessings” Karthik says “after all I made Ahaan and Isqhi .. Isqhaan . Warna toh Ishqi bhaag gayi thi”he jokes
Ishqi comes and hugs him “I hope you liked your surprise” she whispers
Karthik looks at her surprised “so you knew Shefali was going to be on the trek”
“Why else would I send you there bhuddu devar” she teases
“you’re the best Bhabhi in the world “ he lifts her up and screams and Isqhi laughs.
“ye kya batameezi hai Karthik, put her down” dadi scolds
Karthik and Isqhi both get sad.
“Its ok dadi, they are good friends, and now they have a relation too”Ahaan defends them and Karthik hugs his brother tightly

Its late at night and Ahaan is smiling sleeping on his bed. Today was the best day of his life. He was lost in thoughts of Isqhi when his phone rang
“We are calling from General hospital. We got this number from the last dial on this phone. The person is identified as Isqhi and she met with and accident. Can you come quickly” the other side said
The phone dropped from his hands, and he stood like a statue.
“Bhai .. I was asking ..” Karthik enters and is shocked to see his brother lifeless “Bhai.. bhai” he shakes him and Ahaan comes out of that zone.
“Ishqi met with an accident” lets go.
