Celebs including Fahmaan Khan, and Gashmeer Mahajani talk about the importance of health and fitness on the occasion of World Health Day

It is very important for everyone including celebs to keep their mental and physical health in check. On the occasion of World Health Day, Gashmeer Mahajani, Monalisa, Gautam Singh Vig, Fahmaan Khan, and others open up on the importance of fitness and what they do to keep their fitness in check.

In a recent interview, Gashmeer Mahajani, who is currently essaying the role of Armaan in ‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’ talked about it and said, “Staying fit and healthy is not a luxury, it’s a necessity, especially for actors who put their bodies through a lot. As an actor, I take my fitness regimen seriously. I think it’s crucial to keep both your physical and mental health in check. One should take care of yourself like a mandatory routine. I eat everything, but in moderation. I wish everyone a very happy World Health Day. Let’s make staying healthy a lifestyle choice.”

Gautam Singh Vig who is seen essaying the role of Jordan in ‘Junooniyatt’ added, “Staying healthy and fit requires discipline, commitment, and consistency. I believe that exercise, a balanced diet, and proper consultation with a doctor can do wonders for our physical and mental well-being. It relieves stress and all the other errands realign themselves. On this World Health Day, let’s make a conscious effort to prioritize our health and make it a part of our daily routine.”

Monalisa who is essaying the role of Yamini in ‘Bekaaboo’ said, “Fitness for me is not just about having a perfect body, it’s about feeling good from within. Dancing is my happy place, and I use it as a way to stay active and healthy. Having a positive attitude towards life is essential for overall well-being. On this World Health Day let’s take a moment to appreciate the gift of good health and commit to making lifestyle changes for ourselves.”

Fahmaan Khan who rose to fame with his role in Imlie and is currently seen essaying the role of Ravi Randhawa in ‘Dharampatni’ said, “As an actor, my profession demands a lot from my body and mind. Taking care of my health and well-being has become a top priority for me. Starting my fitness journey was a way of cultivating self-care habits that would stay with me for the rest of my life. It’s important to stay away from fad diets and make consistent, healthy choices that work best for you. On this World Health Day, let’s prioritize our health and make every healthy choice count.”
