Broken Heart (Yeh Hai Chahatein) – Character Sketch

Hi friends, this is character sketch of my new FF. I hope you all like it!

Plot:

A fateful accident snatched away the happiness of the Khurana family. But here it is RuSha who have lost their lives, their Chhoti Preesha (Ruhi) and  Chhota Rudraksh (Saransh). Their nightmares came true. The children disappeared after a picnic. Police claim their deaths, but their bodies have not been found, so Rudraksh and Preesha don’t believe it. Their parents want them to resort to Adoption, especially adopting a girl, Anvi, who was abandoned by her father, Armaan Thakur, who couldn’t find happiness in his life, after the death of his wife, Sanya Thakur. RuSha, feel bad for little Anvi, but are manipulated by Mahima, to not adopt, and manipulates  for RuSha to hate each other, and each other’s presence.

Female Lead:

Preesha – A Gynaecologist, Rudraksh’s ex wife; Ruhi and Saransh’s  mother;  daughter of Srinivasan’s and daughter-in-law of Khurana’s . A loving mother, and loving wife, who was misunderstood by her heart, Rudraksh. She doesn’t believe her children have died, though everyone insists, and want her to resort to adopting, although Preesha refuses. She is hated by her father-in-law because she supported Rudraksh in his music career. She doesn’t like Mahima, who likes Rudraksh. Jay’s childhood sweetheart and friend. Ankita’s friend. Ruhi and Saransh’s disappearance has put her into a trauma, which lead her to face taunts, but she knows it is not her fault, so she becomes a sherni, and fights against those who taunt her, and prove her innocence especially to Balraj and Rudraksh.

Male Lead:

Rudraksh “Rudra” – A Rockstar; Preesha’s ex husband; Ruhi and Saransh’s father;  A loving father and husband, who misunderstood his heart, Preesha. He also doesn’t believe Ruhi and Saransh’s deaths, but still blames Preesha for making them disappearing. He doesn’t want to resort to adopting as well. Being the son of business man Balraj Khurana, he was also expected to be a business man, but since he became a rockstar, he is hated by his father, for letting him down. Before, his Preesha, consoled him, but now, a new girl, Mahima, who likes Rudra, has taken over Preesha’s duty. He now has started to taunt Preesha, but she has always proved her innocence, angering him more.

Saransh Khurana- The elder son of Rudraksh and Preesh.  Most dotting older brother, even took care of his sister when they were in trouble.

Ruhi Khurana- The 5 year old daughter of Rudraksh and Preesha. Young, but mature to understand the problems in the house.
