BREAKING FREE (Pragya’s story) Character Notes

notes I would like you to know before the story proceeds so that you do not get confused. Here we go

NOTE :

* King and pragya are legally married, abhi threw pragya out, he sent divorce papers to her mother’s house (Sarla) and Pragya signed them. She and king married because it was the only way the could leave the country because of a law that did not allow pragya to travel out of the country with Kaira without her father’s consent, so king decided to marry pragya and legally become Kiara’s father.

* King is in love with pragya, hopelessly in love with her. He practically worships the ground she walks on and is extremely protective of her and Kiara, however he has not confessed his feelings because he thinks pragya still loves abhi and is afraid she will go away from him if he confesses his love.

* Pragya has strong feelings for king and she knows it, but she is too afraid to admit what they really are because the only kind of love she ever knew was the toxic relationship she had with Abhi. She is also afraid that king will not accept her if she tells him how she feels.

* Pragya absolutely hates Abhi and all the Mehras for every single pain they caused her, however she is conflicted about her relationship with abhi because he is kaira’s biological father.

* Pragya is still in touch with Disha and only Disha from the Mehra household, she told her everything that happened to her and Disha in turn started to hate abhi for what he did to her sister, she still loves in the mansion because of purab who had to stay with his brother to comfort him after daadi’s death but nonetheless Disha does not speak to Abhi.

* Sarla, Preeta and Shrishti are still in contact with pragya and they know about king because it was them that got them married to help them leave the country. They love king and Kiara, Sarla calls king “Son” and King calls her “Maa”, shrishti call him “Bhai” because she considers him her older brother rather than brother in-law, Preeta calls him “Jijuki” (Jiju King).

Disha also knows about king and Kiara and is very happy her sister is with him, she wants pragya to forget Abhi and move on.

The Aroras HATE THE MEHRAS to the core

* King and pragya never consumated their marriage but have a skinship relationship. This simply means that they are comfortable with each other’s touch, like couples are.

* Pragya is a renowned award winning scholar, she has countless academic accolades and she runs one of the best universities in London. She also owns her own academy where Kiara also studies and also manages kings career. She keeps him in line😂

* King is an international famous London based rapper, he has a massive following all over the world and has full attitude in his work, he is a Grammy winning Artist.

* Kiara adores king and pragya but she is a complete daddies girl and often teams up with her daddy to annoy he momma😂 she loves her father to the core and believes her parents are the perfect couple, she and her maasi’s (Preeshti) nicknamed them “Kingya”.

* King’s side of the family only consists of his Aunty and Cousin Brother Tarun. They both adore pragya and Kiara and King’s aunty calls pragya her daughter (unlike in the show where she hated her for no reason 😑) Tarun calls pragya “Di” (don’t know if I spelled that right😅) and he has a close bond with her, she considers him her baby brother because she always saves him from his Big Brother’s scoldings 😂

* And finally, King knows all about Abhi and the Mehras, Pragya told him everything from beginning to end, from the moment she met Abhi she told him all that had happened to her and King absolutely HATES Abhi And the Mehras, his blood boils at the mere mention of his name and he vowed to never ever let them as much as touch Pragya again.

Okay y’all, that’s all you needed to know for now and don’t worry, I didn’t spoil any parts of the story, this is all relevant information so that even non KKB watchers will follow the story properly. And about the Mehras, everything is pretty much the same on their side, Abhi is still blaming pragya for daadi’s death and for “leaving” him🙄 but is married to tanu like in the show after the leap, Aliyah is still obsessed with purab and still tries to break up Dishrab but fails miserably 💀 and every other Mehra is pretty much the same.
