Akshay yells at Sandy. Sandy tells Abha that he cannot work in this environment. Abha says they can talk only here. Sandy tells his company wants to collaborate with her cafeteria and wants to make it big. Akshay yells they don’t want to associate with him. Abha get up and shouts at servant to clean table. Sandy asks Abha why she is ignoring. Abha says she heard his offer and is not interested in it. Akshay pushes Sandy to get out and punches him. Abha stops their fight and scolds Akshay. Sandy warns they did not do right and he will make sure his company takes over Abha’s café in 20 days. Akshay yells at Kabeer he should have spoken at least and leaves. Kabeer gets Sandy’s message to meet him, he is staying at Rambagh Palace.
Kabeer meets Sandy at a dhaba and asks if his boss sent it. Sandy says he did not expect him here, he thought he would be in Delhi, Mumbai, or some other big city, not here. Kabeer says he knows dad must have sent him. Sandy says he did not and asks how is his work. Kabeer says going well and asks why his company is interested in Kohli café, they must have searched for an alternative also. Sandy says it is their first priority. Kabeer request to forget Kohli café. Sandy challenges that his company will takeover over Kohli café for sure and Kabeer should stay away. Kabeer challenges he will win it at any cost.
Myra briefs about her ad presentation to client, and client likes it and says he is sure she must have worked hard. She says yes. He says he wants to run his selected video and can pay anything for that. Shekhawath agrees in greed. Myra says it is unethical. Shekhawath says he knows what is ethical and what is unethical and has to run this business.
Sudha gets worried for Riya seeing her in depression. Nikhil brings psychiatrist. Sudha greets him in. Riya asks Nikhil if she will regain her singing contract or not. Nikhil consoles her and says even he went into depression when their engagement broke and he saw her with Kabeer. Their conversation continues.
