Bigg Boss OTT went on-air yesterday on 8th August. Bollywood actress Shamita Shetty surprised everyone when she was invited on the stage as the first female contestant of the show.
Shamita who has already been a part of the show long back decided to do the show amidst brother-in-law Raj Kundra’s pornography case. Shamita without taking any name spoke about why she decided to do the show.
She said that she had given her nod to the show much before things went south in her personal life. The actress felt it would not be right to say quits at the last minute. Shamita even joked about it and quoted Salman’s famous dialogue, ‘Ek baar joh maine commitment kar di toh apne aap ki bhi nahi sunati’.
For the unversed, Shamita has participated in Bigg Boss 3 in 2009. She walked out of the show on the 34th Day to attend her sister Shilpa Shetty’s wedding.
