Bigg Boss OTT 2: Akanksha Puri opens up about her breakup with Paras Chhabra; says, “Since then I get scared of relationships”
In the recent episode of Bigg Boss OTT season 2’s Weekend Ka Vaar, host Salman Khan confronted Akanksha Puri about spreading false narratives regarding Babika Dhurve and Jad Hadid. Salman openly discussed Akanksha’s conversation with Avinash Sachdev, where she expressed discomfort with Jad’s touch.
As a result of this revelation, Jad began maintaining a distance from Akanksha. However, in the latest episode, Akanksha took the opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with Jad in an attempt to clarify matters.
During their conversation, Akanksha opened up about her past relationship with Paras Chhabra and how it has left her apprehensive about entering new relationships. She revealed, “I feel a bit scared of the consequences. I mentioned on this very show that I had a past. I was not a participant; someone else was with me at that time, and we never broke up. When he came on the show, he started developing feelings for someone from Day 1, and we never had closure. Moreover, he made certain remarks to demean and disrespect me on national television, which was really hurtful. Since that day, I have avoided getting into a relationship because I fear that it might become an issue on television.”
Akanksha further explained to Jad that she is not a touchy person and dislikes being hugged or touched. However, Jad disagreed and reminded her of the hug she had shared with Abhishek Malhan. Akanksha responded by saying, “Even a slight liking can create tension, which I tend to feel. I feel restricted.”
