Bigg Boss 16: Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia bags the female lead in Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming movie 

Producer Ekta Kapoor recently shared a post on social media declaring that she has found the lead actor for her upcoming film in the Bigg Boss 16 house. While names of various contestants have been doing the rounds Ekta Kapoor has herself announced the name of the lead actress for her upcoming film.

Ekta recently entered the Bigg Boss 16 house with Dibakar Banerjee where she disclosed that her next movie LSD 2 is based on a reality show similar to Bigg Boss and hence they were looking for an actor who will be part of that project.

Ekta asked Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Shiv Thakre to enact a scene from her hit show Naagin season 1. While Nimrit was asked to play the role of Naagin, Shiv was asked to play Nevla. Nimrit’s performance was praised by both Ekta Kapoor and Dibakar Banerjee, who also offered her a role in LSD 2.
