Bigg Boss 16 fame Shiv Thakare expresses his gratitude for 2 million followers on Instagram
Shiv Thakare who rose to fame with his stint in Bigg Boss Marathi has now become a household name after Bigg Boss 16. Shiv who was the first runner-up in Bigg Boss 16 recently garnered 2 million followers on Instagram.
Shiv shared a post on his Instagram account thanking everyone who supported him in his journey so far.
Along with a picture of him sporting the traditional Maharashtrian dress with the turban, Shiv wrote, “Thank you family for 2M followers”

Earlier in an interview with ETimes TV, Shiv talked about MC Stan winning the Bigg Boss 16 trophy and said, “Wo basti (slum) wala banda hai, ekdum raw. Audience ke saath connect hua and dil se khele wo. Khud ke liye kabhi trophy nahi sochi thi. He wanted me to lift the trophy and I am very happy he won because he came to win hearts. Uska haq tha trophy pe. Jiska haq hai ussi ko milta hai. (He made a connection with the audience and played with his heart. He never thought of the trophy for himself).”
