Bigg Boss 16 fame Abdu Rozik all set to make his acting debut on small screen with Radha Mohan
After gaining popularity in the non-fiction genre through his appearances on Bigg Boss 16 and as a guest on Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, Abdu Rozik is now set to make his acting debut on Hindi television. The talented Tajikistani singer has secured a role in the show Pyar Ka Pehla Naam: Radha Mohan, featuring the dynamic duo of Shabir Ahluwalia and Neeharika Roy as the lead couple.
According to a reliable source associated with the show, an exciting track awaits the viewers. In this storyline, Gungun, the daughter of Mohan (portrayed by Shabir Ahluwalia) and Tulsi (played by Keerti Nagpure), will be seen celebrating her birthday. However, a twist occurs when Damini (played by Sambhabana Mohanty) sends Abdu to kidnap Gungun. As the plot unfolds, it is revealed that Abdu’s character has no intention of causing harm to Gungun, but rather follows Damini’s orders due to financial reasons. As the narrative progresses, Reeza and Abdu’s characters develop a close friendship, and Abdu ultimately becomes Gungun’s savior, rescuing her from Damini’s clutches. Abdu is scheduled to commence shooting for this cameo track tomorrow, adding further excitement to the show.
Recently, Abdu visited Cape Town to support his friend and fellow participant Shiv Thakare. In the past month, Abdu found himself embroiled in a controversy when an FIR was filed against him for allegedly playing with a loaded gun at the launch of his restaurant in Mumbai. However, Abdu took to social media to refute the claims, stating that certain individuals were attempting to tarnish his reputation with false accusations. Shedding light on the incident, Abdu clarified that during the launch, he merely inquired whether a bodyguard’s gun was real or fake. The bodyguard handed him the weapon, urging him to verify its authenticity. Abdu held the gun for a brief moment and immediately returned it. Unfortunately, some individuals took photographs of him holding the gun and circulated them. Abdu emphasized that no FIR or legal case has been registered against him. The stress caused by the situation affected his well-being, as he feared potential visa complications that could prevent him from returning to India. Consequently, Abdu proactively approached the police to clarify that he had not engaged in any wrongdoing.
