Bigg Boss 15 had a slow start where a drop in TRPs was witnessed. As a result, the makers brought in ex-contestants Rakhi Sawant, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Rashami Desai to spice up the show. However, that move failed too and there were now ascend in TRPs were noticed.
According to the buzz in the street, one of the reasons was the special treatment provided to Shamita in the show. The audience was apparently getting bored witnessing Shamita being favored in almost every situation. Some also believe that this season was more like Sasural Shamita Ka, with the lady being treated preferentially.
