Rashami asks Siddharth S if he wants to go for a workout then he can go. Siddharth S says I have to work and cook so much that I don’t get time. Siddharth D says your mummy would be proud. Siddharth S says these women act like goodie-goodie bahus but they don’t work. Rashami says I help you out.
6:45 PM
Siddharth D says people don’t listen here, they all want to talk. Siddharth S says we don’t do everything for footage, all are not dying for footage like you, you keep saying that everyone is doing everything for footage. Siddharth D says you were shouting for footage. Siddharth
S says we have disagreements in real life also. Rashami says to Siddharth D that he has to be careful with his words.

Inmates wake up to song 100-1-102 song. They all dance and enjoy it.
8:15 AM
Paras asks Shehnaaz to take out ration. She ignores him and says be professional. He laughs and sees her taking out tea from her drawer. He says you have put it there? She says this tea is for the whole day.
10 AM
Shehnaaz comes in the bedroom and asks them to have tea as Asim and Siddharth S are making tea. Rashami asks her to ask them to stop it as they need to take a bath first. Shefali says who is she to tell me if I take tea first or go take a shower. Shehnaaz comes and says tea will be made one time only, I am not here to keep a tab on tea only.
12:30 PM
Siddharth D reads about their first task ‘BB Hospital’, whoever wins this task will become a queen for the first week and will control bathrooms. The house is divided into two – A and B. Team A includes Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai, Aarti Singh, Siddhartha Dey, Asim Riaz, and Koena Mitra while Team B has Shenaz Gill, Mahira Sharma, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Shefali Bagga, Dalljiet Kaur, and Paras Chabbra. Abu Malik is the Dean of the hospital and has to moderate the task. Team A will be patients in the hospital and Team B will be medical staff, patients can’t walk, staff will take them via wheelchair. When operation theater light is on, two staff members will be called and they will be told about illness and remedy for it. Staff will choose two patients and start applying those remedies on them. If patients get up from their chairs before lights go off then staff will get 2 points but if they don’t get up then they won’t. Dean will decide about points. They can use other stuff of the house.
2 PM
Paras tells his team to make Asim get up, he gets irritated. Siddharth S tells his team that we will go second so let them do what they want.
The task starts, Asim asks Shehnaaz to take him. She takes him a wheelchair and says get up. He says you will take me inside also? She laughs.
2:30 PM
Operation theater lights turn on. Bigg Boss asks Paras and Devoleena to treat the skin problem of two patients. Paras choose Siddharth S and Asim. They bring them inside the theater. Siddharth shouts that there are 4 people inside when only 2 are allowed. Asim throws things around and says you can’t bring them inside. Dalljiet shouts that you can use other stuff, it’s written in rules. Siddharth S asks him to calm down. Devoleena applies some stuff on his face and Asim gets up. He says I have an allergy on my skin. Asim says they are applying creams on my face, I can’t let them do it. Arti shouts at him that he has to bear a little, you have to play. Rashami says we are a team. Asim says we are not, they are applying hair removal cream. Shefali says its a task. Inside the theater, Paras waxes Siddharth S’s legs. Rashami asks him to breathe. Devoleena applies hair removal cream on his face. Paras throws cow-dung on Sid. Devoleena applies tanning cream on him. All inmates look on as they watch from a glass window. Devoleena puts his hands in ice water. Rashami shouts that using ice on his eyes is wrong. Abu stops Paras. Arti cheers on Sid S. They put ice on his neck, feet and everywhere. Siddharth S washes his face. Sid shouts that it’s going in my eyes. Rashami says don’t put ice at one point as his skin will burn. Shefali asks Paras to not remove ice. Abu asks them to remove ice. Paras asks him to go from there. Abu says I can stay in the operation room. Rashami says he has a skin problem, why are they using ice too much? Arti says I can go and talk to them. Koena says we will lose points, don’t do it. Rashami asks her to not shout. Koena says he is doing this for us. Lights go off. Siddharth S gets points. Rashami and Arti cry for him.
3 PM
Paras tells Asim that he got saved. Asim says you don’t have guts to use other parts. Why didn’t you come to me and used Devoleena? Paras says you are a coward, you have no guts. Asim shouts you are a coward. They both move closer but Devoleena asks Paras to stop it. Abu says what is happening to the youth of this country? Dalljiet says this is a game. Paras says I used hair removal cream on Siddharth S where I waxed so it burned him but he was a man, unlike Asim.
Paras and Shehnaaz tell Siddharth D that they will make a beard for him. Siddharth D says if you kiss me then I will get a shave. Shehnaaz says I have a lot of Punjabi guys so I want a clean-shaven guy now. Siddharth D says you choose me and I will get clean-shaven. Paras says he is naughty. Shehnaaz says I am not choosing him as he will let me do anything I want.
Abu tells inmates that cause irritation but don’t go physical. Asim says I have learned a lot from Shefali. Arti says I told them it will hurt his nerves but Shefali was like keep ice there. Shefali says you can keep ice for some time on a spot. Arti says he has nerve issues so I will never do it as we are humans. I don’t understand anything above humanity. Shefali says we are playing a game here.
4:45 PM
Arti tells Rashami that you are sensible but I get angry, I felt Shefali was getting sadistic pleasure when I was angry. She taunted me personally yesterday only, she called me and Siddharth S lovebirds. She shouldn’t go personally. Rashami says you have to let things go, I felt bad for Siddharth S also but he likes cold. Arti says I didn’t know that.
5:15 PM
Bigg Boss says Dalljiet and Mahira will treat stomach problems so they will make patients eat. They choose Siddharth D and Koena and bring them to the operation room. They find aloe vera and make Siddharth D eat it. They make them eat herbs and eggs. Mahira asks Koena to eat fast. She says I will eat as I want. Abu says you can’t force-feed them. Dalljiet says we are doing our task. Mahira makes Koena drink Tabasco sauce. Shehnaaz asks Siddharth D to get up for a kiss. Koena asks Mahira to not force-feed, she is not an animal. Shehnaaz says Siddharth D is not what she thought. Mahira says we can make them eat what we want? They make them eat salt. Shehnaaz brings egg with hair removal cream. Koena says what? I can’t eat it. Mahira says it’s just salt. Siddharth D says don’t make us die. Koena says they don’t care. Koena throws up. Shehnaaz says to make them eat their vomit. Koena says I didn’t know Mahira was so insensitive. Dalljiet says we have to make them eat with our hands. Abu says you can’t. Mahira gives water to Koena and asks her to drink fast. Siddharth S cheers for them. Lights go off and Koena, Siddharth D wins the round.
6:15 PM
Shefali and Shehnaaz become medical staff and they have to treat ear problems with their talk. They choose Rashami and Arti. Shefali says we will go personal. Shehnaaz shouts at Rashami that you think you are most beautiful? She shouts at Arti that you think you are a celebrity? Shefali says you got angry when I commented on you and Siddharth S? Shehnaaz says Paras is my friend, not yours. Shefali asks Arti that people want to know what happened with her and Siddharth S? Your marriage was broken, right? You are trying to make a story with Siddharth S. Why did your marriage break? All look on when she talks about her marriage. Shefali says don’t tell me I said all this when we leave from here as then it will be footage for you. Shehnaaz says Rashami is very old but she just wants to do the kitchen. Shefali says she is just 14 years old. Arti starts crying. Shefali says Rashami has worked so much but you are growing in weight only, not in height. Shehnaaz says talk if you have guts. Shehnaaz mimics Arti crying. Shefali says Arti you can get up if you can’t bear it. Shehnaaz says please get up. She beats herself up and says ask them to get up, I love Rashami, if she loves me then she will get up. Rashami says I have team members, I love you a lot but I can’t get up. Lights go off. Arti and Rashami win. Arti cries. Dalljiet hugs her and says you know they did it in a game. Shehnaaz hugs Arti and says sorry to Rashami.
Shefali comes to Arti and wipes her eyes. She says sorry to her. Arti goes to the washroom with Rashami.
10:30 PM
Siddharth S says to Arti that why did you start crying over a talk? that was cheap, it doesn’t matter what she says. Arti says I just.. I became sensitive. Siddharth S says they will talk about it, use your mind. Arti says I did not expect it. Siddharth S says that was very stupid, she won if she made you cry.
12:15 AM
Siddharth D says to Asim that his morning can be good when he sees Mahira’s face. Asim says lucky me. Asim says kiss the pillar that Mahira touched. Siddharth D kisses it. Paras laughs. Shehnaaz asks if he married? He says that went down the drain.
1:30 AM
Siddharth D tells Paras that it’s good that Shehnaaz is with celebrities. Paras asks Shehnaaz to give him a kiss. Siddharth D says you promised a kiss on the cheek, you are a liar. Paras says I need kisses, I can be sad. Shehnaaz says you can ask other girls. Shehnaaz says go and ask for a kiss from Mahira. Paras says if I get a kiss from her then you kiss me on lips. She says I will kiss you on heart, I don’t want to go on lips right now.
PRECAP- Patients will become doctors. They torture Paras, Shefali and Shehnaaz. They use ice on Shehnaaz and she starts shivering. Arti shouts if she is okay?
