Bharosa ~ RagSan – Few Shots : Shot 2

Some of you asked me to update my other RagSan stories.. Guys, am so sorry but i can write one ff first as i have my college side by side plus academy too.. So its a bit hard for me to write all three at a time.. I’ll be completing “Bharosa” first and then will continue others.. And one more thing i’ll update after every two days.. Cuz i hardly get time to write because of My studies.. Hope you all will understand my problem 🙂

Anyways, no more bak bak lets start with the second shot:

Shot 2:

~~~~~~City Hospital~~~~~~~

(Ragini was sitting in cafeteria drinking coffee and thinking something.. Suddenly she saw a woman who was crying silently.. She got up and went to that woman)

Ragini(keeps hand on her shoulder); Mam? Are you all right?

(The woman turns and wipes her tears)

Woman: Yeah am fine

Ragini(smiles): Doesn’t seem so.. If you have any problem.. You can share it with me..

Woman: You.. But..

Ragini: I am Dr Ragini.. A cardiologist

Woman(gets up quickly): Cardiologist? (Holds Ragini hands) Please please save my child

Ragini: Arey Arey .. What are you doing mam? Please calm down

(Ragini somehow made the woman drink water and sat beside her)

Ragini: Now tell me.. How can i help you?

Woman(teary eyes): I am Jiya.. My.. my son is admitted here.. He is 4 years old

Ragini: Ohh.. What happened to him?

Jiya: He is suffering from CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE..

Ragini(shocked a bit): Congenital Heart disease? Umm.. Can you be more specific please

Jiya: He has TETRALOGY OF FALLOT! ?

Ragini: Oh My God!! ?

(Guys, Congenital heart disease (CHD) is a type of heart disease that children are born with.. It has various effects.. One is the tetralogy of Fallot which is a combination of four defects, including a hole in the ventricular septum, a narrowed passage between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery, a thickened right side of the heart and a displaced aorta.. Biology students might know about this ?)

Jiya(cries): I.. I don’t know what to do.. He was on medication since two years but now his condition has worsened a bit so doctors admitted him.. Maybe they will do a surgery but.. Being a mother, I.. I don’t wanna lose him.. He is the only light of my life?

Ragini(feels sad): Am.. So sorry mam..

Jiya: You.. You are a cardiologist na.. Please save him (folds her hands) I beg you Please

Ragini(immediately held her hands): Mam please.. Don’t fold your hands infront of me and don’t cry.. You know meri Nani kehti hain “ Kuch chahiyay ho toh Dua kro kyu k dua mai dawa se zyada asr hota hai” You please calm down.. I’ll see what i can do.. Infact i’ll go just now and see to this case..

Jiya(tears): Thank you so much Doctor-

Ragini(smiles): Ragini.. Dr Ragini

Jiya: Dr Ragini, please save my son
Please

Ragini: Mam.. Life and Death are in hands of God and we doctors can only try and trust me.. Nothing will happen to your son am sure.. Kids are the purest okay.. So relax

Jiya: Hmm..

(Ragini after talking with Jiya went to Dr Rohan’s cabin)

(She knocks on door)

Dr Rohan: Come in!

Ragini: Sir

Dr Rohan: Dr Ragini.. You here?

Ragini: Sir actually..

(She told him about Jiya and her request and all the talk and asked about the child.. Dr Rohan told her that he was the same child whose case Ragini refused to take.. Ragini was a bit shocked but composed herself and asked Dr Rohan if she could meet the child.. On getting permission, she proceeded towards the ward)

In Ward:

( A child of about 4 years was sitting on hospital bed.. Drip was attached to his small hand which pierced Ragini’s heart.. Jiya was sitting beside him and caressing his hairs)

Jiya(smiles on seeing Ragini): Ohh Dr Ragini

Ragini: Hello Mam..

(Child looks at Ragini and smiles.. Ragini felt so bad at that moment looking at that purest smile that such a small child had to bear so much of pain.. She smiles back)

Ragini(smiles): Hello Beta..

Child: Hello

Ragini(came forward): Whats your name?

Child: Aarav..

Ragini: So Aarav-

Aarav(interrupts her): You are very beautiful Aunty

Ragini(smiles): Thank you Aarav.. My name is Ragini

Aarav(nods): But i’ll call you Pari! You are just like a fairy na

Ragini(laughs): Haha Acha?

Aarav(nods vigorously): Yes yes

(Ragini starts talking to him and soon Aarav and Ragini become friends.. After sometime Aarav sleeps due to medicine effect and Ragini checks his reports.. His reports weren’t too good but there was still a Hope.. Hope which is enough for everything! )

(Later, Ragini went and told Dr Rohan that she would be taking the case)

(She was going to home but thought to meet the little sweet Aarav.. She went in ward and saw Aarav watching cartoons and Jiya was feeding him fruits.. A man wearing police uniform was standing at a side talking on phone.. Ragini saw him and felt a pang of hatred but seeing Aarav’s smily face, she composed herself)

Ragini(smiles): How are you feeling Aarav?

Aarav(smiles widely): Aik dum jhakaaaassss!

Ragini: Hahah.. Acha? Thats very good

(She starts seeing his reports again)

(The same man comes near the bed)

Ragini(looks upward at him): Umm.. You?

Man(smiles): I am Viren.. His father and You might be his doctor right?

Ragini(nods): yeah.. Am Dr Ragini.. I would be seeing his case

Viren: Umm.. Doctor.. What do you think.. I .. mean.. I..

Ragini: I understand your worry Mr Viren.. For now he is under observation.. And we will see what to do next.. It all depends on his reports..

Viren: Uhh.. Yeah..

Ragini: I’ll Come tomorrow morning again.. Bye Aarav

Aarav(smiles and waves): Bye Pariii!

(Ragini smiles and was about to leave the ward.. She opened the door when she dashed into a young man.. Both fell on ground with Ragini on top of him)

(The man was lost in her angelic face while Ragini had tightly closed her eyes in fear..He just said one thing in heart)

Man(looking at her-says in heart): Angel!

(He keenly observed her features.. Her cute nose, pink lips, her cheeks..Ragini on sensing that she is safe opened her one eye and peeked.. The man smiled seeing her act.. She suddenly widened her eyes seeing the man smiling at her.. She hastily got up.. The man also got up)

(Ragini looks at the man and keeps staring him.. He was looking so dashing and handsome in blue jeans, white shirt and blue coat with a heart warming smile on his face.. She feels something in her heart but ignores the feeling)

Ragini: Am.. Am so Sorry

Man(smiles): Its fine.. I was at fault too Miss.. Even am sorry

Ragini: Its okay..

Man(looks at her and by seeing her white coat, guessed she was a doctor): You are a doctor?

Ragini(nods): Umm.. Yeah.. Well umm..Now please excuse me

(She hurriedly leaves from there while the man keeps staring at her retreating figure smilingly)

Viren(comes from behind): Arey SANSKAR! You here?

(The man is revealed to be Sanskar?)
