The doctor asks Lakshmi to come and she goes to stand with Shalu, the doctor reveals the good news that Lakshmi is about to be a mother and she is not able to control her emotions, Lakshmi starts to cry when Shalu hugs Lakshmi then Rano also hugs her Lakshmi thinks she has to go back home and tell Rishi about the truth as they are going to have another child, Lakshmi says she has decided to tell Rishi this time as it is his right and she is going to tell him everything so lakshmi leaves, Rano is smiling saying she told them that everything is good between them both but Shalu says no, Rano asks if Shalu does not have any mind when Shalu replies Rano had asked her if everything is right but did not tell her, Rano says she is saying it now while knows she is very good so they both also leave.
Karishma asks Kiran what is that she wants to tell them but Kiran replies Malishka is going to reveal the good news then Karishma asks where is Malishka, she replies she had gone to call Mom and Dadi, Neelam is excited asking what is the good news that Malishka wants to reveal then she says she is just waiting for Rishi who is just outside the house.

Rishi and Lakshmi keep hugging each other when Rishi asks if she is sure, he then hugs her again and just then Malishka returns but she is shocked to see Rishi an Lakshmi hugging each other again so she asks what is going on here. Kiran tries to go to Malishka but gets dizzy so Karishma helps her sit down.
Dadi and Aayush both go to wish Rishi and Lakshmi when Malishka asks why is all this happening, Aanchal mentions even she does not know what is happening, Dadi replies that it is a cause of happiness and they cannot celebrate it without sweets, Lakshmi picks the box of sweets and gives it to Lakshmi while she also does the same to Dadi, who says they both have to even take her blessings then Malishka asks what is going on when she does not know anything. Lakshmi goes to Neelam saying even she should be grateful then she takes the blessing of Neelam who also blesses her, Lakshmi then takes out the sweets for her, Aanchal asks what is Neelam di doing, Aayush says he is very happy for Rishi and hugs him tightly. Dadi says they should dance and not stay quiet at all, Anoushka is also smiling, Dadi says they should decorate the entire house again as it is a day of happiness when Lakshmi and Rishi are about to become parents again, Aayush says he is going to play and they should dance. Rishi goes to Lakshmi asking her for the dance, she after wiping off the tears goes to dance with him while they both are laughing a lot. Aanchal asks if it is the truth that they both are going to become parents, Neelam replies it is indeed the truth and Lakshmi is about to become a mother, Karishma agrees with Neelam Bhabhi saying they both are going to become parents again. Mukesh also comes to dance with them, Rishi and Lakshmi both are very happy together and he even picks her up, then Malishka is not able to bear it. Lakshmi gets dizzy, Aayush congratulates everyone. Rishi thanks Lakshmi saying he cannot express how happy he is right now, he says she is about to be a mother again. Malishka is furious saying they should stop the act as Lakshmi cannot be pregnant and she is making a fool of them all, Malishka asks Rishi to see how can Lakshmi be the mother of his child, Neelam asks what is Malishka saying but she says that mom should think along with Bua, Malishka explains this is what Dadi and Aayush wanted this is why are accepting this lie, Malishka says Lakshmi is not pregnant hearing which Lakshmi gets shocked.
