The Episode starts with Dadi praying to God and asks him to handle everything. She says I don’t know what to do, how this has happened? Karishma comes there and sits with Dadi. She says she is feeling bad and Anushka’s voice is echoing in her ears, and says how dare she, she said so much. She regrets to choose her for Ayush, and says we have done good with her, but she lied to us and accused us. She says she didn’t leave Neelam Bhabhi and you, I couldn’t forget it. Dadi says we shall forget it and shall make sure that such things shall not happen, and asks her to be with her son, and says Ayush was bearing so much in his marriage, and was not happy. Karishma says I am sorry and hugs Dadi. Dadi tells that the parents’ responsibility never ends, even if their children grows up. Karishma nods her head. Dadi says we shall understand our children so that nothing of this sort happens again in future. Karishma hugs Dadi.

The light flickers in the hospital. Nurse asks ward boy to check and says she will call the electrician. Neel comes there and asks Nurse about Lakshmi Oberoi’s room no. She asks who is he? He says if you don’t tell me then you will lose your job and will repent all life. Nurse says it is room no. 5. He says good and turns to go, and collides with Ayush. Ayush sees his face and finds his face familiar. AJ calls Ayush and tells him that the kidnapper is in the hospital and asks if he is shot. Ayush asks why he is asking? AJ says he has to prepare a report that he gave them information about him. Ayush asks what is his name? AJ says Neel. Ayush runs behind him.

Doctor asks Lakshmi if she woke up and tells that you will not believe what came in the report. Lakshmi asks where is Rishi and everyone? She asks her to call Shalu? Doctor says your baby is fine. Lakshmi says I know that my baby is fine. Doctor says we thought you don’t know and even Rishi was unaware, so we have given report to another report who will give report to Rishi. Lakshmi says she don’t want anyone to know about her pregnancy, as there is problem in her marriage. Doctor says if I had known then I wouldn’t have done this, and tells that Neelam had come with Malishka and took the report. Lakshmi asks Doctor to stop them and says Rishi or anyone shall not know.

Neelam and Kiran take Malishka to the hospital, who is feigning to have abdominal cramps. Rishi comes there and tells that he has talked to the senior doctor. Kiran tells that Malishka is stressed because of Lakshmi and makes Rishi feel guilty. Rishi asks when to go to doctor. Nurse says Doctor will come here. Lakshmi tells that she don’t want anyone to know about this pregnancy. Doctor tells that she has informed Nurse and she must have taken report from them. Lakshmi feels dizziness and tells that she wants to stop Rishi from taking the file. Doctor asks her to stop the senior doctor and shows her photo to her. Senior doctor tells that he wants to give the good news to Rishi, and says she likes to see parents’ first reaction on becoming parents.

Shalu sees Neel as he collide with her. Shalu runs behind him, and sees Ayush. She tells him about Neel. Ayush signs her to sit down and throws the tray on Neel’s head. He catches Neel, but Neel distracts them and pushes Ayush and goes.

Rishi says Doctor has come. Senior Doctor has come to give report to Rishi, when nurse informs her that there is a call for her. Dr. Mehra goes to attend the call. Lakshmi enquires with someone about Dr. Mehra. Dr. Mehra tells Rishi that she wants to give them info about Lakshmi’s report. Malishka acts to feel pain. Neelam asks her to check Malishka. Doctor says yes, but first I will tell about Malishka. She says the report is positive and says Lakshmi is….Ayush and Neel come there running and runs out. Rishi goes behind Neel. Lakshmi tells Mr. Mehra that she knows about her report, and asks her to check Malishka, says she is feeling pain. Doctor says I will check her. Lakshmi thanks God for saving her. She looks at the report and thinks she can’t tell about this good news to anyone. Main phir bhi tumko chahungi plays…..She cries.

Precap: Rano tells shalu that Lakshmi is hiding something from them. Neel swears to Anushka that he will take revenge from Lakshmi. Neelam gives Lakshmi’s report to Rishi.
