Daima warns Lakshmi not to act smart, but Lakshmi pushes her aside and flees. Daima then announces a ₹2 lakh reward for anyone who catches Lakshmi, sparking a frantic search in the hospital basement. Meanwhile, Neelam’s lawyer advises Rishi to avoid arguing with Balwinder if he wants police cooperation in finding Lakshmi.
Despite being caught, Lakshmi refuses to give up and makes another escape attempt. The inspector scolds Rishi and Balwinder for their constant fights, warning them to keep the hospital peaceful. Harleen insists Rishi won’t take action, but the argument reignites, forcing the inspector to intervene.
Lakshmi’s injured foot leaves a blood trail, leading Daima closer. Meanwhile, Shalu wakes up in panic, sensing Lakshmi is in danger. She rushes out, telling Rano they must act fast.
Rishi demands the inspector review the hospital footage immediately, but the officer refuses to be rushed. Balwinder, growing restless, takes a call, secures his bail, and leaves abruptly—raising suspicions.
Cornered, Lakshmi comforts her unborn child, regretting not telling Rishi about her pregnancy. Daima mocks her, ordering her to surrender. Meanwhile, Malishka and Balwinder anxiously await news of Lakshmi’s forced abortion, fearing exposure of their organ theft scam.
Shalu confronts a nurse, who finally reveals Lakshmi was taken to the hidden basement for an abortion. Shalu races to find it, but a ward boy denies its existence. Karishma and Aanchal consider helping Rishi, while Lakshmi trembles, fearing she’s running out of time.
