The Episode starts with Lakshmi striking a deal with Neelam, and agreeing to leave from Rishi’s life, if she gets Shalu and Ayush’s marriage done. Neelam agrees to get Ayush and Shalu’s wedding, and asks her to make arrangements to leave, hoping she will stick to her words. Lakshmi tells that she will fulfill her promise, and will separate from Rishi, and asks her to unite Shalu and Ayush. She walks away sadly, thinking of Neelam’s words. She thinks of Rishi’s words that no person or trouble can separate them, and he fears that something wrong is about to happen. Neelam looks at at Kiran, Aanchal, and Karishma who are in shock.

Rishi returns home and sees Dadi. Dadi asks him about Ayush’s condition. Rishi says he is better, and will be home soon. He asks about Malishka. Dadi says she is in the room. She says she is preparing lemon juice for Malishka, who’s feeling unwell due to her pregnancy. She says the mother shall be pampered so that she and her baby shall feel baby. She says she is feeling tired. Rishi asks her to rest and take lemon water for Malishka himself.

Karishma confronts Neelam, furious over her decision to Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Neelam asks if they didn’t hear about Lakshmi’s agreeing to leave Rishi’s life. They say they heard. Kiran says it is good. She gets Jaya’s call and goes. Karishma demands privacy from Aanchal to talk to Neelam, but Neelam stops her and says you can tell anything infront of my sister. Karishma says the matter is serious and insists to talk to her in privacy. She says I don’t want anything disrespectable to hear by anyone. Aanchal asks how can you talk to Neelam like this. Karishma says she is feeling as if the land is pulled from under her feet. Aanchal understands her.

Rishi comes to Malishka and gives her lemon water. She says she is feeling lonely, and asks him to hold her hand.
Aanchal asks Neelam to let the matter be between them. She goes. Neelam asks Karishma to say. Karishma accuses Neelam of selfishness and asks you know what you mean to me, but I am a mother now and not your sister in law. She blames her for sacrificing Ayush just to protect Rishi. Lakshmi hopes that Shalu will get her life. Karishma says she never thought that she will do this, and tells that she always obeyed her, even if she felt bad, and tells that she will not agree for her selfish decision, and will never let Ayush marry Shalu. Neelam says I have given my tongue, so this marriage will happen. Karishma says I will not let this happen. Neelam asks if you think that you can stop this marriage.

Shalu sees Ayush’s condition suddenly worsening. Ayush complains feeling unwell. Shalu panics, calls for doctors and Nurse goes to call Doctor. Rishi asks Malishka not to let negative thoughts come in her mind, and allows her to hold his hand. Malishka leans her head on his shoulder and asks him to take her out. He says it is really late night. Malishka insists him to take her out. Rishi agrees to take her to hospital to see Ayush. She is upset that she has to see Lakshmi in hospital.

Lakshmi asks Shalu, what happened to him. Shalu cries and says he was fine, and suddenly he closed his eyes. Doctor asks them to go out. Shalu refuses to leave Ayush. Lakshmi takes her outside. Karishma asks Neelam if you will stop me? Neelam says no, but Ayush and Shalu love each other and will marry surely, even if we refuse. Karishma says even Rishi and Lakshmi love each other, but they are not meant to be together. Neelam says some stories are cursed.
Kiran picks Jaya’s call, who aggressively demands money. Kiran says she will give. Jaya calls her clever. Karishma tells Neelam that Ayush and Shalu’s love might be cursed too. She says it is not meant to be completed, and says Shalu irritates me so much, did you see her level. She says truth is that you are getting their marriage done for your advantage and is trying to make me believe that I can’t stop this marriage. Neelam says yes. Karishma asks her to stop it and asks what happened to you. Neelam asks her to understand that Lakshmi is leaving from Rishi and our lives. She says we will have peace in our lives, her inauspicious reflection will go away from our lives.

Jaya blackmails Kiran for pushing Varsha on Gurumaa which led to her fall. She asks her to tell where is she, as she will come there to take the money. Kiran says she will give later. Jaya overhears someone telling that he is in City hospital and determines to track Kiran there.

Neelam tries to reason with Karishma and tells that she will make everything fine between Shalu and herm, and will never leave her. Karishma says you have left me alone already and counting what you have done for me. Karishma blames her and says you are also like others, who are selfish and thinks about their own children, and says you can cheat anyone for your selfishness. She blames her for backstabbing her and tells that she will not let her son’s happiness sacrifice for her selfishness. She says she will not let her succeed, and will expose everything before Rishi. She goes. Neelam looks on angry.

Precap: Kiran tells Malishka that Lakshmi is pregnant. Neelam assures Karishma that once Lakshmi leaves, she will separate Shalu and Ayush. Karishma nods her head. Rishi hugs Lakshmi and asks her not to leave him alone. Neelam looks at Lakshmi.
