The Episode starts with Lakshmi seeing Rishi crying and thinks she might be upset with him, but can understand his pain seeing his Mom in this condition. She sits on the same bench as him. He holds her hand and cries. He rests his head on her shoulder and cries badly. Malishka and Kiran come there. Malishka says if I separated them or united them. Kiran tells Malishka that they will not separate this way, you have to create permanent wall of doubt between them and says if doubt don’t come between them then nobody can separate them. Malishka says doubt will come and will break their relation. She pulls Lakshmi’s hand and makes her go from there and asks Rishi, why is he crying and says your wife is here. Ayush pretends as if Aanchal calling Rishi and takes him from there. Kiran says Ayush did this intentionally. Malishka says lets go and see if Aanchal has done the work. Doctor comes out and says operation is successful, and she will be fine soon. She asks who has applied her ointment on her forehead. Anushka says Malishka Bhabhi asked Lakshmi not to apply, but she had applied it. Malishka acts and says sorry. Doctor says she has done a good job and stopped the blow flow with ointment. Rishi thanks Lakshmi for saving his Mom. Aanchal says she did this to cover up Paro’s mistake. Malishka smiles.

Shalu brings Paro there. Paro asks how is Badi Mom and says she will get angry seeing me, and will open her eyes. Malishka instigates Aanchal and others against Paro and says she did this deliberately. Lakshmi says Paro is a little girl. Shalu, Lakshmi and Paro are about to go from there. Malishka asks how can you let her go? Aanchal asks Inspector to arrest Paro. Inspector says we have to arrest her. The juvenile home officer comes there and tells that she will take Paro from here. Inspector goes. Malishka makes Paro say wrong against Neelam and makes her say that she hates Neelam. Rishi tries to stop Malishka. Aanchal also tricks Paro to say what they want. Malishka smiles as she makes Paro say that Neelam hates her and she hates Neelam. Lakshmi warns Malishka. The juvenile home officer asks Paro to come with her. Rishi, Lakshmi and Shalu try to stop Paro’s arrest, but they take Paro. Rishi is about to go behind them, but Doctor says Neelam gained consciousness and calling you. Ayush asks Rishi to go and meet Neelam and says he will go to Paro, but Karishma stops him and asks him not to go.

Paro comes running to Lakshmi and hugs her. Lakshmi cries and hug her. The lady of the juvenile home asks Paro to come. Other lady tells that they will not scare the girl. Shalu asks her not to take her. Lakshmi says she is innocent. The lady says I understand, but we have to take her as case is filed of attempt to murder Neelam. She says if you stops us, then you will be arrested and then who will save Paro.

Lakshmi and Shalu cry as Paro is taken to Juvenile home. Malishka recalls seeing the video and then showing it to Aanchal and Anushka, and saying that Paro tried to kill Mom. She says we shall file the Police complaint and shall send her to Juvenile home. Aanchal says she will get her punished and files the complaint. Malishka smirks seeing Lakshmi crying and is happy.

Lakshmi and Shalu come out and see Paro taken to the Juvenile home. Rishi tells Doctor that Mom didn’t gain consciousness. Avinash says they didn’t do right by sending little girl to juvenile home. Karishma and Aanchal argue with him. Malishka tells Aanchal that one of the name of the complainant was of Rishi and says he will get angry. Rishi comes out and asks Ayush why you didn’t go. He asks who filed the complaint. Aanchal says I called.

Precap: Anushka says now Paro will get better in Juvenile home. Dadi hears shocked. Rishi asks how is Paro. Lakshmi asks him to stay away from her daughter.
