Lakshmi scares Sudha and tries to flee, leaving Sudha injured and prompting her to order the staff to catch Lakshmi. Meanwhile, Shalu discovers the hospital has a basement and plans to investigate, but Balwinder diverts her attention. She confronts him about Malishka’s pregnancy, but he denies involvement and tries to prevent her from discovering the basement, where Lakshmi is being taken for an abortion.
Ayush and Rishi confront a non-cooperative nurse and demand access to the CCTV footage, threatening legal action. With police presence mounting, the nurse relents. While Rishi heads to the CCTV room, Lakshmi attempts to escape, hoping to get the key from Daima. Shalu grows suspicious as Balwinder insists there’s no basement and warns her to back off. Meanwhile, Daima regains consciousness and joins the search for Lakshmi. Lakshmi finds a tunnel in the basement and hides from the staff. Shalu, deeply worried, calls Rano and prays for help.
Ayush decides to inform Shalu while Rishi checks the footage. Balwinder, overhearing them, rushes to Malishka and warns her that the police are involved. Malishka is shaken but insists she won’t be caught. She calls Daima, who reveals Lakshmi has escaped. Lakshmi, hiding nearby, hears Daima on the call and begins to suspect someone is trying to abort her child.
Malishka urges Daima to find Lakshmi and complete the task. Kiran also pressures Malishka to stay calm, though they are clearly alarmed. Later, Rishi meets Harleen and shares his suspicion that Lakshmi has been kidnapped. In the basement, Lakshmi is horrified to discover an organ trafficking operation. She manages to rescue a woman before Daima catches and incapacitates her.

This whole series has gone bonkers. From changing daima to these happenings in a hospital with noone having knowledge and rishi can’t sit for 1 min to view video,smh. Even when laskhmi knows the truth malishka still manages to get the best of her
