The episode starts with Rishi comforting Lakshmi, who is visibly upset and in pain. Shalu sits beside Ayush, who is recovering from surgery. Ayush, though weak, tries to comfort Shalu, telling her he can handle physical pain but not her tears. He reassures her that he won’t die and even jokingly proposes to her. Shalu, overwhelmed with emotion, eventually agrees to marry him, but Ayush loses consciousness before she can fully express her feelings. Shalu panics and calls for the doctor, fearing for Ayush’s condition.
Shalu later confides in Lakshmi, expressing her deep love for Ayush and her fear of losing him. Lakshmi, torn between her own love for Rishi and her desire to see Shalu happy, begins to contemplate making a sacrifice for her sister’s sake.
Karishma confronts Neelam about allowing Shalu to visit Ayush, questioning her decision. Neelam defends her actions, stating that it was the right thing to do given the circumstances. Karishma, Kiran, and Aanchal remain suspicious of Neelam’s motives, believing she might be planning something. Aanchal speculates that Neelam’s actions are deliberate, though her exact intentions remain unclear.
Kiran receives a call from Malishka, who is stressed about Ayush’s condition but chose to leave the hospital due to discomfort. Malishka expresses her frustration about Ayush’s growing closeness to Shalu and asks Kiran to find a way to send Rishi home so he can take care of her. Kiran agrees, hinting at further manipulation behind the scenes.
