The Episode starts with Lakshmi confronting Neelam asking if she would approve Ayush and Shalu’s marriage if Shalu agrees. Neelam firmly says no, without a thought. Lakshmi remembers Shalu’s fear that Neelam would never accept their relationship and tells Neelam that Shalu was right to fear. Neelam agrees admitting that if this is Shalu’s fear, then it is completely justified. Lakshmi asks further, questioning why Neelam won’t let Ayush and Shalu be together when true love is so rare. Neelam shifts the conversation to Lakshmi, declaring her hatred for her being the reason for her refusal. She accuses Lakshmi of abandoning their family when they needed her most, only to return when all hope was lost. She demands an explanation and asks why Lakshmi keeps coming back into Rishi’s life.
Lakshmi stands her ground, saying she is there because Rishi wants her in his life. She reminds Neelam that no one knows better than her how much Rishi loves her. Neelam coldly says, pointing out that Rishi and Malishka are about to become parents. Lakshmi is taken aback. Karishma intervenes and tells Lakshmi that men say anything to get what they want. Kiran agrees, insisting that whatever Rishi told Lakshmi is a lie. But Lakshmi refuses to back down. She confidently states that she knows when Rishi is lying and when he’s telling the truth. And the truth is—he loves her. With that, she turns to leave.
Just as Lakshmi is about to go, Neelam stops her. She asks if Lakshmi truly wants her to accept Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. She says she will allow it, but only on one condition. Lakshmi must break all ties with Rishi, if she agrees, then Ayush and Shalu can be together. Neelam lays down her ultimatum and walks away with Karishma and Kiran. Aanchal questions Rishi about what she has heard, wondering how the doctors could have made such a grave mistake. Rishi explains that there were complications during surgery, and Ayush’s condition is critical. Karishma and Neelam overhear the conversation and panic. Rishi tries to calm them down.
Karishma is unable to control her anger and confronts the doctor, demanding an explanation for what went wrong. The doctor clarifies that there was no mistake from their side, the knife was lodged too deep, causing internal bleeding. He tells them they need to act fast to save Ayush’s life and asks for their permission to proceed. Karishma is shocked. She recalls how Ayush was stabbed while trying to protect Shalu. She blames Shalu for everything. Rishi tries to defend her, but Neelam and Aanchal agree with Karishma, criticizing Shalu for putting Ayush in danger. Shalu feels guilty and takes responsibility of the accusation and sincerely apologizes to them.
Just then, a nurse informs Karishma that Ayush has regained consciousness and wants to see Shalu, but Karishma refuses, determined to keep them apart. Shalu pleads with her to let her meet him, desperate to see Ayush, but Karishma stands firm. After a moment of thought, Neelam unexpectedly gives permission to Shalu. The doctor reassures Shalu that seeing her will help Ayush recover faster, urging her to go inside. Lakshmi is deep in thoughts, reflecting on Neelam’s ultimatum and what it means for her future.
Precap: Rishi tells Lakshmi that they will be together always and nobody can separate them, and tells that they will make their own world. Ayush proposes Shalu to be his wife.

Maliska’s taking a break while they find a new actress for her, it’s so funny and a little sad in a way that you devote 3 years of your life to a show and they can’t even bothered to give you a good scene to leave on.
Tried of all these evil hags who never learn, you just know that Lakshmi will accept the conditions and leave. Shalu’s life will be hell in that house, and are we ever going to get a continuation to the plot track of Rohan’s true parents?

What kind of talk is this? Rishi and Maliska wants to become parents is Rishi and lakshmi are parents already? Is their parenthood not count? What kind of character of mother inlaw role is this? Is the writer dementia forgetting what to write? Pathetic!
Lakshmi should counter offer Neelam’s conditions and say that if she leaves Rishi then she takes her children and they won’t have anything to do with the Oberoi family and Rishi can live with Malishka and Malishka’s baby. Neelam can’t have her cake and eat it too.
Le rôle de Laksmi est tellement insensé, elle agit comme une gentille imbécillité, mais en réalité elle est bête et ignorante et elle ne répond pas, par respect, le respect n’existe pas pour les parents sorciers. Cette série est très mal faite, et Lakhmi quittera sa fille et sœur chez une famille malsaine et partir de nouveau vivre seul avec son bébé, tu es égoïstes tu ne pense pas à ta fille, ton bébé qui naîtra sans père et son amour ! pour Shalu, Excuse moi mais Ayush n’est pas Rishi, il ne se laisse pas traiter dans un petit garçon !
