Lakshmi tries to stay calm as she looks for a way out of the room filled with poisonous gas. Meanwhile, Balwinder, showing concern for Lakshmi, insists she must not be harmed and rushes to save her. Malishka attempts to stop him, with Kiran following close behind. Trapped inside, Lakshmi struggles to escape. Shalu grows worried when Lakshmi doesn’t answer her call and contacts the hospital, claiming Lakshmi had gone there for some work. Upon inquiring, she hears Rishi’s voice and becomes suspicious.
Balwinder confronts Malishka, accusing her of trying to kill Lakshmi, but Malishka threatens him, warning not to interfere. Shalu continues her inquiry and learns from the nurse that Lakshmi Oberoi came for a check-up and that both she and her baby are fine—leaving Shalu stunned to discover Lakshmi is pregnant. Reeling from the revelation, Shalu guesses Lakshmi kept her pregnancy secret to expose Malishka’s truth first.
Rishi, meanwhile, speaks to a doctor about the DNA test results. Malishka tries to convince Balwinder that the gas won’t kill Lakshmi but only cause her to lose the baby, arguing that this would bring him closer to her. As Balwinder hesitates, Lakshmi manages to escape through the AC duct, unnoticed by Nurse Sudha. When Sudha informs Malishka that Lakshmi is missing, Malishka panics. Kiran scolds Sudha, but the nurse pushes back and walks off after being insulted. Malishka is left scrambling to salvage the situation.
Shalu arrives at the hospital just in time to hear Lakshmi’s voice and runs to find her. Malishka, still determined, asks Sudha for help and gets Kiran to apologize to her. Sudha agrees but says Lakshmi must be found and exposed to the gas again. Meanwhile, Shalu finds Lakshmi, confronts her about hiding the pregnancy, but Lakshmi faints in her arms. Shalu rushes her to a nurse for help.
As chaos ensues, Malishka refuses to believe Lakshmi escaped on her own. Sudha suggests she may have exited through the duct. Shalu informs the doctor that Lakshmi can’t walk properly and that she is pregnant. The doctor asks her to wait outside. Rishi, sensing Lakshmi would never accuse Malishka without proof, anxiously awaits the DNA reports.
Sudha later warns Malishka that now isn’t the right time to go after Lakshmi again. Despite Kiran’s anger, Sudha stands her ground and tells them there’s someone who can help—Daima. Malishka and Balwinder listen as Sudha hints at her next move in their dangerous plan.
