Shalu informs Ayush and Rishi that Lakshmi, who was admitted for treatment, has mysteriously disappeared from the hospital ward. Ayush wonders where she could have gone, while Rishi vows to find her. Meanwhile, Daima drags Lakshmi to a hidden basement, summoning Sudha for help.
Back in the ward, Rishi questions a nurse about Lakshmi’s whereabouts. The nurse suggests she might be with a doctor, urging them to check again. Unbeknownst to them, Daima reveals to Sudha that the basement is a secret location—if Lakshmi sees it, she won’t survive. She orders Sudha to inject Lakshmi, refusing to explain why.
As Rishi, Ayush, and Shalu search in vain, Lakshmi regains consciousness. Daima coldly declares that Lakshmi will lose her baby and die if she resists. A reluctant ward boy warns Lakshmi that the injection will kill her and her child, but Daima pressures him to proceed. Meanwhile, Rishi regrets arguing with Lakshmi earlier, unaware of the danger she’s in.
Lakshmi fights back, attacking the ward boy and desperately trying to escape. Elsewhere, Shalu spots Malishka at the hospital and suspects her involvement. Malishka claims she’s there for a pregnancy check-up, leading to a heated argument with Shalu.
As chaos unfolds, Daima discovers Lakshmi has fled and mobilizes hospital staff to hunt her down. Lakshmi hides, determined to protect her unborn child, while Rishi demands answers from the nurse and insists on checking CCTV footage. Just as hope seems lost, Daima finally corners Lakshmi—but the fight for survival is far from over.
