The episode starts with Lakshmi finding herself locked in a cold storage room. She tries calling Rishi, but he doesn’t answer. When she attempts to call Shalu, her phone dies, leaving her stranded and worried. Meanwhile, Rishi regrets ignoring Lakshmi’s call and tries to reach her, only to find her phone switched off. Assuming she’s throwing a tantrum, he proceeds with the engagement preparations.
Shalu and Harleen request Rishi to wait for Lakshmi, while Malishka arrives and gets questioned for her delay. As discussions about Lakshmi’s absence continue, Ayush attempts to call her, but Rishi dismisses it as futile. Shalu grows increasingly anxious, while Dadi and Ayush search the house for Lakshmi, but she remains missing.
Inside the freezing storage, Lakshmi’s condition worsens as she shivers, realizing she has no way to call for help. Meanwhile, Malishka and Kiran dismiss Anushka when she seeks their support to stop the engagement, humiliating her. Elsewhere, Rano reassures Shalu that Lakshmi will arrive soon, but Shalu remains uneasy.
The Pandit warns that the auspicious muhurat is limited, and Neelam insists the engagement must proceed. Meanwhile, a weakened Lakshmi desperately bangs on the door, barely able to call Rishi’s name. At that moment, Rishi senses something is wrong and tries calling her again, but she is too weak to respond. Feeling restless, he grows increasingly concerned. Ayush soon informs Neelam that Lakshmi is nowhere to be found, and the engagement preparations continue despite her absence.
