The Episode starts with Neelam telling Kiran that Shalu has been lucky for Ayush. Kiran questions lucky? Neelam explains that ever since Shalu entered Ayush’s life, she exposed Anushka’s true intentions and got her out of his life. She tells that she was stealing and was doing fight at home. She says Anushka was deceiving Ayush and was actually bad luck for him, unlike Shalu. She asks her not to tell anything, and think before saying. Shalu tells Lakshmi that she didn’t see love like Rishi and her, and says then what happened, Malishka came and got pregnant. She says people in that house are strange because they never support true love. Lakshmi disagrees and tells Shalu that she is mistaken. She explains that Malishka’s pregnancy was a result of her previous ended relation. She asks her not to think anything and see her love. She takes her towards the Goddess idol and asks her to tell her infront of Mata Rani, if she wants to be with Ayush and loves him. She asks her to say with honestly and truthfulness.

Kiran questions Neelam if she is supporting Shalu and asks her to rethink. She warns Neelam that if she continues to back Shalu, she will get everything what she wants. Neelam asks her to say clearly. Kiran says you are pushing her to marry Ayush. She claims that if that happens, both Lakshmi and Shalu will take control of the Oberoi household and will rule. Neelam, Karishma and Aanchal fall prey to her words.

Shalu confesses to Lakshmi that she does love Ayush, he is her first and last love, he is her soul mate, she respects him a lot, he is lovable and good. Lakshmi says I know. She says I wanted to hear this from you. Shalu tells their marriage will never happen because Neelam will never allow it. Lakshmi reassures Shalu, promising to fight for her rights in the house and urges her not to worry. Shalu asks what you will do? Lakshmi says what a mother can do for her child’s good future, and reminds her of her promise to their mother, and promises to get her all the happiness which she deserves. She goes from there.

Rishi recalls Neelam’s words and thinks Mom is right to be anxious about Ayush. He asks the doctor about Ayush’s condition. The doctor says he don’t know, he need more time to assess the situation and goes. Rishi gets doubtful and prays for him. Shalu arrives and asks Rishi about Ayush’s condition. Rishi tells her that the doctors are unsure, which worries her even more. Shalu urges him not to lose hope and expresses her own concern for Ayush. She looks at him through the window pane.

Neelam shares her worries with Aanchal. Aanchal assures her that her love and worry will make Ayush fine soon, and he will be happy and jovial like before. She goes to give medicine to the Nurse. Lakshmi approaches Neelam thinking about Shalu’s words and says she needs to talk. Neelam replies that it is not the right time. Lakshmi insists and says she wants answer for the question. Neelam says she doesn’t like her tone. Lakshmi apologizes to her and says I always do things as you like. Neelam says your tone is not right. She says she never loses patience and doesn’t tell anything in anger, and tells that she is not emotional, but you are emotional and loses patience. She asks what you want to ask from me? She asks why she has anger and hatred toward love and says you disliked me as I love Rishi. Neelam replies that there is nothing likable in her. Lakshmi reminds Neelam that she was the one who convinced and threatened Rano to arrange her marriage with Rishi, else she has to pay for the losses in hotel, which happened due to Balwinder. A fb is shown. Neelam clarifies that whatever she had done, had done wisely and haven’t lost patience. She only did it because of Rishi’s markesh dosh and insists that she did what was necessary at the time. She adds that if she had to do it again for Rishi’s well being, she wouldn’t hesitate.

Lakshmi bends down infront of Neelam, asking her not to do it with Shalu and Ayush and bless them. Rishi and Shalu anxiously ask a nurse about Ayush’s condition. The nurse says they are calling senior doctor. She informs them that there were complications during surgery, leading to internal bleeding. She warns them that if the bleeding isn’t controlled within the next four hours, then they can’t save him. Rishi and Shalu are shocked. Aanchal hears her.

Neelam asks her to stop and do it infront of her sister. She suggests that Lakshmi should ask Shalu if she even wants to marry Ayush since she was the one who rejected him. Lakshmi insists that what appeared isn’t the actual truth and urges Neelam to see that Shalu loves Ayush. Neelam refuses to see it that way and tells that she dislikes her. She tries to walk away. Lakshmi demands an answer asking if Neelam will allow Ayush and Shalu’s marriage if Shalu agrees for the marriage.
