The Episode starts with Pratibha thanking Rishi and tells Judge that Lakshmi had left home due to the fight, and Rishi Oberoi told clearly that if he was on her place then he would have done the same thing. She tells Judge not to regard Lakshmi leaving house, as her betrayal. Pradeep asks Neelam to tell the court, why she wants to separate paro from her mother. Neelam tells that she wants to give good upbringing to the girl. Pratibha says the question is, why you want to separate them. Neelam says she is coming to the answer. She tells that Paro shall stay in our house, as it is her right to stay there. She says she doesn’t want to separate mother and daughter, and tells that Lakshmi had left home for whatsoever reasons, but here we are talking about Paro and not about Lakshmi. She asks Judge to tell, if it is a sin to give her good education and life, and says Lakshmi was educating Paro in village. She says she wants to give her best life, and tells that Paro used to live in kutcha house in village and here she has no shelter or home to stay. Rano tells her that her house is of Lakshmi’s house, and her Chacha is a govt officer and earns well. Neelam asks how much he earns, 10 K, 20K, 50 K. Judge asks her to sit. Neelam tells that Lakshmi wants to take revenge from her and that’s why she wants to separate her Ansh from her, just because her ego is big. Rano takes Lakshmi’s side and tells that Lakshmi is not alone. The Judge calls both the lawyers and asks them to maintain the court decorum. Dadi is upset with Rishi for supporting Neelam. Rano also misunderstands Rishi. Ayush asks them to calm down. Pratibha asks Lakshmi to think something to win the case.
The case resumes. Pradeep asks Judge to give Paro’s custody to Neelam and says she will give good life, luxuries, education to her. Lakshmi tells that she will give her good life and all the things required, and tells that she will get the job. Neelam tells that she had the job, but Principal threw her out, as her daughter was in danger because of her. Rishi asks Lakshmi to say something. Lakshmi says she doesn’t need his advice and will say whatever she wants to say. She tells Judge that she saved her daughter from borewell and everyone appreciated her on TV. Judge says so she was you, and says I saw that news, and said that she is a brave mother. Neelam tells that Paro will get love and relations there, she will get Dadi, Chacha, Chachi, Dad and Mom etc. Lakshmi tells that since Paro was born, she is seeing her, and if she stays in Oberoi Mansion, it will be like new birth to her. She says you said that she will get all the relations. Neelam tells that she will get mother and father’s love. Lakshmi asks if Rishi and Malishka are married. Neelam says yes. Lakshmi says this is a lie, Rishi and Malishka’s marriage is illegal, as he is still married to me, and my decision to leave the house doesn’t permit him to remarry someone else. She asks Neelam, that where is the family, where are her parents which she wants to give her. Judge adjourns the court hearing after the break. Neelam fumes in anger.
Precap: Malishka says everything is ruined. Pratibha tells Lakshmi that she did right. Rishi tells Lakshmi that she hurts him the most. Neelam tells that they will win the case.

Why not mentioned there Rishi asked to leave the house. Every where he acting innocent which he is not at all
