Lakshmi reflects on her failure to expose Malishka and wonders how Malishka can live such a massive lie. Rishi finds her in tears and comforts her, asking why she didn’t confide in him. Meanwhile, Shanaya warns Balwinder of trouble and hints at an important call from Malishka. Fearing arrest, Balwinder plans to flee.
Lakshmi questions Rishi’s trust and his stance on Malishka and Balwinder. Rishi reassures her of his trust but admits that Neelam is disturbed. Their conversation grows tense, especially over how Rishi addresses Neelam. At the same time, Kiran warns Malishka that Lakshmi’s pregnancy will soon come to light, threatening Malishka’s position. Kiran suggests targeting the unborn child, leaving Malishka stunned.
Rishi pleads for Lakshmi’s trust in their relationship, but when she hesitates, he walks away upset. Lakshmi hides her pregnancy from Shalu, claiming she’s visiting the hospital for Harleen’s reports. Malishka spies on Lakshmi and sees it as the perfect opportunity to strike. She enlists Nurse Sudha to harm Lakshmi’s baby during her hospital visit.
At the hospital, Nurse Sudha deceives Lakshmi into following her. Malishka calls Balwinder, ordering him to come to the hospital in case she needs backup. Kiran cautions Malishka not to get emotionally involved with Balwinder. While Lakshmi waits unsuspectingly, she feels her baby’s first kick and smiles, unaware of the danger Malishka and Nurse Sudha are plotting just outside.
