Ayush asks Shalu to leave, but she firmly refuses, asserting she isn’t his puppet. Malishka mocks the situation and questions Ayush’s tolerance of Shalu’s defiance. Kiran comments on Ayush’s visible pain, but he dismisses her advice, sparking Malishka’s anger. When she reminds him she’s carrying Rishi’s child and the future heir of the Oberoi family, Ayush challenges her position, declaring that they’ll see who ultimately gets ousted from the house.
Meanwhile, Rishi confronts Lakshmi, who stayed behind to meet the kids. He emotionally admits to lying to the police but asserts their relationship can’t continue because she allegedly caused his mother’s death. Lakshmi clings to hope, but Rishi resists her plea.
Elsewhere, Mukesh informs Ayush about Lakshmi’s presence, urging him to support her as he always has. Ayush lashes out at Mukesh, who defends Lakshmi and Shalu’s respect toward him. Mamta intervenes, praising Lakshmi and scolding Ayush, only for Mukesh to defend Ayush in return. Their emotional exchange reveals Mamta’s unrequited love for Mukesh and his devotion to the Oberoi family despite his feelings for her.
The police arrive at the mansion searching for Lakshmi. Malishka and Kiran feign ignorance, pretending to be concerned citizens. The inspector insists he knows Lakshmi is innocent but must find her. Malishka tries to manipulate the situation, branding Lakshmi a threat and urging her arrest to protect the family. She theatrically praises Aanchal’s role in managing the house after Neelam’s death.
Aanchal and Neha enter during the commotion. Aanchal, feeling unwell, explains Neha is her caretaker and questions if Lakshmi is truly hiding in the house. Malishka reveals that Lakshmi was dropped off unconscious by other prisoners at the Oberoi mansion, intensifying the mystery and drama surrounding her presence.
