The episode starts with Karishma noticing Shalu decorating the house and tells her to get ready instead of making it seem like others are forcing her to work on her engagement day. Meanwhile, Malishka speaks to Balwinder on the phone, worried that Lakshmi is suspicious of her and searching for evidence. She asks if he signed any document while accompanying her. When Balwinder confirms he did, Malishka becomes anxious, fearing Lakshmi might expose her.
Shalu asks Karishma if she is upset with her. Karishma scolds her for always talking back. Neelam arrives, questioning why Shalu hasn’t dressed yet, echoing Karishma’s concern. Rano then enters with a makeup artist to help Shalu get ready. As they leave, Karishma tells Neelam she believes Shalu is unlucky, but Neelam advises her not to think that way. However, Karishma silently fumes, feeling Neelam always sides with Shalu.
Elsewhere, Malishka spots Lakshmi leaving the hospital and panics. She quickly calls Balwinder, instructing him to stop Lakshmi from checking the visitor’s register. At the hospital, Lakshmi, posing as a doctor, starts going through the register, while a terrified Malishka anxiously waits for Balwinder to intervene.
Back at home, the makeup artist finishes preparing Shalu. Rano compliments her and asks about Lakshmi. Shalu explains that Lakshmi went out and asks Rano to call her, but Rano finds she has no signal. She leaves to get something to eat, while Shalu, now ready, grows concerned about Lakshmi’s whereabouts.
Ayush enters and teases Shalu, saying she looks amazing. They share a sweet moment as he hugs her, telling her he prefers her bold nature over her shyness. Shalu admits she wanted to confess her feelings earlier but couldn’t. Ayush reveals he also never confessed, thinking he wasn’t her type. They both smile, feeling relieved and happy.
At the hospital, Balwinder fakes a seizure to distract Lakshmi. As she rushes to get water, Malishka sneaks in, tears the page from the register, and escapes. When Lakshmi returns, she is shocked to find Balwinder gone, realizing she may have lost crucial evidence.
Back at home, Karishma yells at the workers. Aanchal asks what’s wrong, and Karishma expresses her concern that Shalu will bring trouble to the family. Aanchal advises her to stay positive. Meanwhile, as guests arrive, Anushka overhears their conversation and smirks, plotting to stir up more problems.
Rishi finds Ayush and Shalu and remarks that opposites attract, sharing that he feels complete with Lakshmi and believes Ayush and Shalu will feel the same. When he asks about Lakshmi, Shalu says she is outside, prompting Rishi to call her. Rano questions Ayush about why he’s still there, to which he makes an excuse and leaves. Shalu tells Rano that Ayush is happy, and Rano prays their happiness remains untouched by evil.
Elsewhere, Anushka hides from Neelam, while Malishka instructs Balwinder not to leave the hospital until Lakshmi is gone. Meanwhile, Lakshmi grows even more suspicious of Malishka and notices hospital staff checking CCTV footage to find out who tore the register page.
