Rishi accuses Lakshmi of not trusting him despite his honesty about Malishka’s pregnancy. Lakshmi admits she doubted him because of what she witnessed—his closeness with Malishka and the pregnancy reports. She now knows the truth: Malishka is carrying Balwinder’s child. Rishi clarifies he doesn’t care about Malishka’s child but is honoring a promise to Neelam by supporting her. As Lakshmi turns to leave, Rishi coldly tells her to return to the police station after meeting the family.
Meanwhile, chaos ensues when a police inspector arrives at the Oberoi mansion, informing Shalu that Lakshmi has escaped during a jail transfer. Though Lakshmi didn’t escape willingly, he wants to search the house. Ayush allows the search but is emotionally distant, disappointing Shalu with his changed behavior.
Bhavna overhears the news and shares it with Mukesh, speculating that Rishi might have prevented Lakshmi from surrendering. At the same time, Payal panics as Malishka dismisses Shalu’s threats. Neha, disguised as a servant, eavesdrops on their conversation and later informs Aanchal about the police search.
Malishka continues to manipulate the situation, brushing off Kiran’s concerns. Kiran warns her about the consequences if their truth is exposed, but Malishka insists she’s in control and threatens to involve the cops to remove Lakshmi.
Shalu is relieved to find Lakshmi hiding in her room. Lakshmi begs not to be handed over yet—she wants to see her children, Paro and Rohan. Shalu comforts her and hides her just in time. She urges Lakshmi to reveal the truth to Rishi, but Lakshmi laments that he doesn’t believe her, especially after seeing the misleading CCTV footage.
Despite Lakshmi’s despair, Shalu encourages her to fight back—for her dignity, her family’s name, and the truth. Lakshmi finally agrees, determined to clear her name and expose Malishka, even as danger inches closer with every moment.
