Malishka wakes up and finding herself in a compromising position with Balwinder. Balwinder wakes up and asks Malishka where his clothes are. Malishka says she doesn’t know. Balwinder then asks Malishka where her clothes are. It is shown that Malishka and Balwinder regain consciousness after being intoxicated and ended up together in bed. Balwinder asks Malishka if they had s*x without being married.
Lakshmi bangs on the door and asks if Malishka is inside. Malishka hurriedly asks Balwinder to take his clothes and leave. Balwinder puts on his clothes and escapes. Meanwhile, Rishi calls out for Malishka. She realizes that Rishi has come for her and thinks he loves her. As Balwinder tries to escape through the window, Lakshmi spots him and is shocked, dropping the lantern in surprise.
Malishka opens the door. Rishi and Neelam enter the room and find Malishka intoxicated. Malishka hugs Rishi before passing out. Neelam tells Rishi that Malishka must be in so much pain that she turned to alcohol to drown her sorrows. Rishi puts Malishka to bed and wonders how Neelam can defend her, especially since Neelam has never approved of such behavior. Neelam tells Rishi that she knows what he’s thinking and urges him to understand that she’s doing what’s right.
Balwinder confronts Lakshmi, asking if she still recognizes him after all these years. He asks if she still loves him, but Lakshmi warns him to stay away. When he persists, she grabs a vase and threatens to hit him. Balwinder dares her to do it, and Lakshmi strikes him on the head, rendering him unconscious. Rishi hears Lakshmi’s shout and rushes to check on her.
Rishi finds Balwinder unconscious with Lakshmi standing nearby. After ensuring Lakshmi is alright, he ties Balwinder to a chair.
Neelam sees Balwinder tied up and asks Rishi why he is there. Rishi says he doesn’t know. Rishi asks Lakshmi how she found Balwinder. Lakshmi explains that she saw him trying to escape through the window and hit him with a vase when he tried to get close to her. Rishi says he is waiting for Balwinder to regain consciousness so he can question him. Neelam agrees.
Rishi notices that Balwinder still hasn’t woken up, so he throws water on his face to wake him. Rishi then demands to know why Balwinder came. Balwinder, seeing Rishi, asks if he still recognizes him. Rishi replies that he does. Balwinder brags that he is no longer the same person and now owns an auto repair business. He tells Rishi to think twice before touching him and asks to be untied. Rishi orders him to stop the nonsense and explain why he’s there.
Kiran and Karishma arrive with the police and see Balwinder tied up. They ask Rishi what happened. Rishi explains the situation, and Kiran goes to look for Malishka.
Malishka wakes up and remembers Rishi coming for her. She wonders why he isn’t with her and goes to look for him.
Rishi tells the police that they came to the farmhouse looking for Malishka, and that Lakshmi found Balwinder trying to escape through the window. Rishi adds that Balwinder tried to attack Lakshmi, so she hit him with a vase, causing him to lose consciousness. Rishi tied him up to question him, and in the meantime, Kiran and Karishma arrived. Rishi asks the police to question Balwinder about why he came.
The police ask Balwinder if he knows Lakshmi. Balwinder replies that he knows her very well and was about to marry her. Rishi, angry, tells him to stop talking nonsense. Balwinder taunts Rishi, asking if he’s hurt by what he said and if he suspects his wife. Rishi loses his temper and starts choking Balwinder. The police and Lakshmi try to pull Rishi away, and the police eventually separate them.
Malishka finds Sonal asleep on the bed and tries to wake her. Kiran arrives and informs Malishka that Balwinder is tied up downstairs. Worried, Malishka rushes out of the room.
The police continue questioning Balwinder, but he says he will only answer if Rishi stays away. Neelam, overhearing, takes Rishi aside. The police question Balwinder again, and he finally admits that he came because of Malishka.
