The episode starts with Neelam asking Lakshmi to call Rishi, wanting him to take Malishka to her doctor’s appointment. When Rishi arrives, Neelam instructs him to go at 2 PM, but he mentions a meeting at the same time. Ayush pulls Rishi aside, reminding him this is a chance to make Lakshmi jealous.
Rishi then agrees to take Malishka, claiming she is more important than the meeting. Malishka, however, insists the meeting is crucial for Rishi and offers to go with the driver instead. Neelam accepts this, allowing Malishka to attend her appointment alone.
Neelam assigns Lakshmi to handle decorations. Lakshmi delegates the task to Shalu and secretly follows Malishka to the city hospital in an auto. Meanwhile, Kiran checks on Malishka, who reassures her that everything is under control.
Elsewhere, Anushka expresses frustration, and Neel tries to comfort her. She reminds him that he abandoned her when she last needed help. Anushka reveals Ayush threatened her to stay away from Shalu and that she was humiliated at Shalu’s house. Neel suggests a plan to remove Shalu from Ayush’s life, which Anushka eagerly supports.
Meanwhile, Rano scolds Shalu for doing household work on her engagement day, but Shalu insists on helping her family. Rano questions Lakshmi’s absence, suspecting she’s handling something important.
At the hospital, Malishka learns that the doctor requires a family member for the check-up. Spotting Balwinder, she decides to present him as Rishi but loses sight of him. Unbeknownst to her, Lakshmi is secretly watching her every move.
