Anushka surprises Ayush by showing up unexpectedly, expressing her support and confessing her love for him. Stunned, Ayush admits he had a feeling he’d see her again. Anushka is pleased he recognized her, but things get tense when she calls Shalu selfish. Ayush firmly defends his love for Shalu, making it clear that he wants her in his life. Meanwhile, Harleen and Karishma receive medical reports meant for Lakshmi. As Karishma attempts to open them, Neelam intervenes, insisting that only Lakshmi should see them. The report is ultimately set aside without being read.
As Ayush interacts with Anushka, she asks what she can do to win his affection. He casually suggests dancing, and Anushka takes it seriously, performing a romantic number for him. Elsewhere, Shalu regains consciousness locked in a car’s trunk, recalling her kidnapping. She tries to call Lakshmi for help but begins to feel faint. Balwinder has taken Shalu to his house, keeping his identity hidden. Meanwhile, Neil manipulates the hospital staff and confronts Lakshmi, who suspects his intentions. As she challenges him, Neil turns violent. Lakshmi narrowly escapes, dropping a vase in hopes of alerting Rano, but her signal goes unnoticed.
Back with Ayush, Anushka continues to charm him while he eventually falls asleep. She smirks, believing she’s winning him over. Neil, on the other hand, taunts Lakshmi, claiming Ayush and Anushka’s romance will restore her place in the Oberoi family and that Lakshmi is powerless to stop it. In another part of the house, Aanchal comes across the medical report labeled with Lakshmi’s name and sets it aside, unaware of its significance.
Kiran rushes to Malishka with troubling news. Malishka breaks down, believing Rishi no longer loves or respects her. Kiran confronts her about a call from Balwinder, sparking suspicion. When Malishka denies speaking to him, Kiran reveals a shocking truth—Shalu knows Malishka is carrying Balwinder’s child and even has the DNA reports to prove it. Malishka is horrified, realizing this secret might already be known to Lakshmi as well.
