The episode starts with Malishka growing frustrated as she handles all the arrangements for Shalu’s wedding. Anushka calls her and sneaks into her room through the window. Malishka questions her, especially after Anushka falsely claimed Shalu was arrested. Anushka reveals that Rishi saved Shalu and then confesses she wants Ayush, asking if Malishka will get Ayush. Hearing footsteps, Malishka quickly sends Anushka away.
The next day, Malishka supervises the decorators, but Lakshmi intervenes, reminding her of her responsibility as Shalu’s sister. Neelam instructs Malishka to let Lakshmi handle small tasks to keep her busy. Meanwhile, Lakshmi stands on a table, and Rishi positions himself beside her to catch her if she falls. Though Lakshmi insists she doesn’t need his help, she slips, and Rishi catches her.
Shalu arrives at the Oberoi mansion and ignores Malishka, who taunts her. Noticing Malishka receiving a call from Anushka, Shalu questions her, but Malishka dismisses it. Later, Malishka receives a call from her doctor, who insists she bring Rishi for a check-up or they will call him directly. Malishka panics, asking them not to inform Rishi, and Lakshmi overhears, growing suspicious.
Malishka then arranges for Rishi to have a sudden meeting at 2 PM to avoid taking him to the doctor. Lakshmi secretly observes this. Meanwhile, Ayush checks on Shalu, who thanks him for supporting her against Anushka. Shalu then asks Ayush why Rishi and Lakshmi seem upset with each other, but he doesn’t know. They decide to speak to them separately.
Shalu confronts Lakshmi, who claims she no longer wants to be with Rishi. Shalu questions her behavior, but Lakshmi avoids explaining. Similarly, Ayush asks Rishi about Lakshmi, and Rishi confesses that she doesn’t love him anymore. Ayush suggests making Lakshmi jealous, and Rishi agrees.
As Malishka prepares for her doctor’s appointment at 2 PM, Rishi’s secretary confirms his meeting at the same time. Neelam, unaware of Malishka’s plan, asks Lakshmi to call Rishi, setting the stage for more drama.
