The episode starts with Neelam opening the lab report and is about to reading it when the delivery boy stops her and requests her not to read it as it’s meant for Lakshmi and only she should shall read it or else he will lose his job. Respecting that, Neelam refrains from checking the reports. Meanwhile, Balwinder tells his friend that despite having two unknown children, he genuinely cares for Malishka and their unborn child, claiming he’s changed. Neelam later calls Lakshmi to collect the courier.
As the delivery boy steps away to take a call, Neelam holds onto the report and places it in a drawer for Lakshmi. Kiran, overhearing, attempts to steal the report but is spotted by Neelam. At the same time, Karishma questions a caterer about Neil, who is seen entering private spaces. Neil lies to cover himself, but Karishma insists he be fired. Lakshmi, suspicious, asks to check CCTV footage to catch an intruder.
Ayush calls Shalu, upset she left without telling him. Anushka interrupts, and Shalu warns Ayush not to trust her. Anushka then cuts the call. Lakshmi spots Anushka in the footage. Concerned, Shalu panics. Kiran bumps into Rishi, drops the reports, and quickly brushes it off. Rishi continues his search for Lakshmi.
Lakshmi meets Rano and shares her worry about Ayush, mentioning Neil and Anushka’s presence. Rishi, drunk, finds Lakshmi. She urges him to help Ayush and hurries off. Balwinder contacts Kiran, who tries to dismiss him until he reveals that Lakshmi and Shalu are having a paternity test done for Malishka’s baby. Alarmed, Kiran rushes to retrieve the reports.
Ayush, feeling abandoned by Shalu, vents to Anushka. She manipulates him, revealing her own feelings and turning him against Shalu. Rishi tries to sober up after recalling Lakshmi’s plea. Shalu returns home but is ambushed and knocked out by Kiran, who hands her over to Balwinder. Despite his hesitation, she orders him to take Shalu away. Anushka, seizing the moment, confesses her love to Ayush—leaving him stunned to realize the situation he’s in.
