The Episode starts with Rishi asking Lakshmi what is she doing? Neelam says she will hurt everyone this way. Karishma asks why is she shouting fire and hitting everyone. Lakshmi hits Ayush and Rishi. Virender asks Lakshmi to stop it. Lakshmi cries. Malishka thinks if something has happened to her. Neelam asks Rishi not to go near Lakshmi. Rishi asks her to throw it. Karishma asks if this is her real avatar? Dadi says it might be medicine affect. Malishka thinks this might be her drama or a trick to trap me. She tries to snatch the frame from her hand. Malishka says everyone will be hurt. She snatches it and Lakshmi falls on Rishi. Malishka asks how you gone mad to hit Rishi. Lakshmi says what about you, you tried to kill us. Abhay tells Sonal that malishka is not in her senses. Sonal asks shall I go now? Abhay says I will go there, and says I will humiliate Oberoi family if needed. He asks Sonal to be with Kiran. Malishka asks when did I hit and asks if you are mad, why will I hit Rishi. Lakshmi says you hit him just now. Malishka says you hit me and shows injury on his hand. Lakshmi tears her bridal dupatta and ties on his hand, says sorry to him. Rishi says nothing has happened to me. Lakshmi says sorry and cries, making sad faces. Rishi looks at him. Lakshmi looks at Malishka and says you hurt him. Rishi says I am fine. Sonia asks Rishi to take her to hospital and says which medicine, she has taken. Lakshmi refuses. Rishi convinces her and tells that he will come with him, and asks her not to be afraid. Lakshmi nods her head.

In the hospital, Lakshmi refuses to go to hospital. Rishi says I will sit with you, and says nothing will happen to you. Lakshmi asks promise. Rishi says yes. He takes her to Doctor’s cabin and tells Doctor that she is Lakshmi Rishi Oberoi, and says Dr. Sharma was treating her. Doctor says she will treat her until Dr. Sharma returns. Rishi briefs Doctor about Lakshmi. Lakshmi looks at the paper weight and stuff on the table. Doctor tells that her brain’s some parts are not working and damaged. Rishi asks her to tell in simple terms. Doctor tells that the oxygen couldn’t reach her brain for longtime, and that’s why her brain cells are damaged. She says her power to understand and think have got less. Shalu tells Ayush that what is this medicine which made her completely different. Doctor tells Rishi that her mind is like 6-7 years old child. Lakshmi pump the BP machine on him and laughs. The doctor tells that he shall be careful about fire, she might had bad experience with fire. Bani hears and gets shocked. Rishi looks at Lakshmi and smiles.

Abhay tells Malishka that he is coming there. Malishka asks him not to come and tells him everything. She says Rishi will bring good news for her. Malishka says Lakshmi didn’t tell anything and says now I have hope to get Rishi, and asks him not to come. She says I will keep you updated. Abhay asks her to call him if needed.

Bani comes to Shalu and cries. Shalu asks her to say. Bani says Doctor said that Di has become mental. Ayush says it is nonsense, nothing has happened. Shalu says you heard wrong. Bani says I am saying truth. Rishi comes there with Lakshmi and says shut up Bani, Lakshmi is fine, nothing has happened to her. He says you are saying this to Lakshmi, she is your sister. He says Lakshmi is understanding and mature, and then also you are saying this. Shalu says we don’t want to say. Bani asks Rishi to bring their old sister back. Shalu asks him to make her understand. Rishi promises Shalu that he will not let anything happen to Lakshmi and says sorry for talking in high tone. He says Lakshmi will be fine. Sonia tells that Lakshmi has shown her inauspicious affect and asks what she will do in other’s marriage. Dadi says Lakshmi is your Bhabhi. Sonia says I feel bad about it. Virender scolds her. Rishi calls Virender and says Doctor said that…..Virender asks if Lakshmi is fine. Rishi says Lakshmi is not okay. He says Lakshmi’s brain is affected much and her mind balance got unstable, and she is behaving like a child. Virender is shocked. Rishi says Doctor told me this and ends the call. Virender tells the family members that Lakshmi’s mental balance is ruined, and she has become like a child. Karishma says she got mad? Sonia says mentally ill. Malishka hears and gets happy, and says now she will suffer all life. She says she had snatched everything from me, and says you showed ego to me and hurt me so much, what is happening with you is karma. Shalu and Bani try to talk to Lakshmi, but she doesn’t identify them. Rishi says she will be fine soon. Neelam says what do you mean by Lakshmi has become like a child. Virender says her mind is affected. She is behaving like 6-7 years old child. Malishka comes near them and acts as if she doesn’t know. She asks if Rishi called? Karishma says Lakshmi’s mind have become like a child. Sonia says she got mad and smiles.

Doctor tells Rishi that there is no guarantee that Lakshmi will be fine after treatment or not. Sehb says they are going to give her shock treatment and asks Nurse to let them decide, when she gives the form.

Precap: Dadi prays to God to treat Lakshmi. Rishi tells Lakshmi that there is a problem and she will be fine. He hugs Virender and cries. Lakshmi undergoes electric shock treatment while Rishi acts shocked.
