The episode starts with Malishka confiding in Kiran, revealing how Balwinder discovered her attempt to kill Lakshmi. She explains that when Balwinder threatened to expose her, she rendered him unconscious and sent him to Neel and Anushka’s house. Kiran questions whether they can be trusted, but Malishka reassures her that Neel and Anushka are on their side.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, the doctor asks Rishi to step outside while she speaks to Lakshmi. As Lakshmi gets emotional, Rishi leaves. The doctor advises her to stay stress-free for the sake of her baby. Shocked, Lakshmi asks if Rishi has been informed about her pregnancy. The doctor clarifies that she hasn’t told him, leaving it to Lakshmi to share the news with her family. Before she can say more, a nurse calls her away for an emergency.
Outside, Rishi informs Shalu and Ayush that Lakshmi has regained consciousness. Overjoyed, Shalu rushes to see her. Meanwhile, Neel and Anushka struggle to move an unconscious Balwinder, and he collapses. Just then, Rano arrives and notices Anushka. Shalu meets Lakshmi with immense happiness, while Rano confronts Anushka about her hypocrisy. Rishi and the others bring Lakshmi home, where Kiran observes them and quickly informs Malishka. Frustrated, Malishka seethes at the sight of Lakshmi returning.
At home, Rishi expresses to Lakshmi that his life feels empty without her. Later, Rano reveals to Lakshmi that Anushka was behind the halt in Shalu’s engagement. Shocked, Lakshmi insists on confronting Anushka, but Shalu stops her, saying it’s unnecessary. Meanwhile, Kiran questions Neelam about when Lakshmi will leave the Oberoi house. Neelam makes a remark about the situation, and Malishka, pretending to be understanding in front of Neelam, leaves with hidden resentment.
Rishi brings food for Lakshmi and personally feeds her. Malishka watches the intimate moment unfold, burning with jealousy. Later, Ayush drops Shalu and Rano home, and before leaving, he kisses Shalu on the cheek, leaving her shy and flustered. As Rishi and Lakshmi share a heartfelt moment, Malishka, unable to contain her anger, tells Neelam that she feels unappreciated by the family and declares her decision to leave the house.
