Mamta screams upon seeing cockroaches in the kitchen. Aanchal calms her and instructs Mukesh to keep the kitchen clean to prevent diseases. She prepares ginger tea for Bhavna, earning Mukesh’s gratitude. Aanchal treats the staff warmly, considering them part of the family, which makes Mukesh happy. She asks him to take the tea to Bhavna, but Mamta insists on doing it. Mukesh agrees, but Aanchal stops Mamta, clearly disliking her.
Meanwhile, Rishi tells Lakshmi he only agreed to marry Malishka to keep her happy. Lakshmi is shocked, calling it unjustifiable. Rishi defends Malishka, claiming their love was genuine, and says Lakshmi betrayed him. He accuses Lakshmi of destroying his life and stealing his parents from him. Lakshmi, hurt, pleads with him to stop blaming her, but Rishi insists on recounting the past, praising Malishka’s loyalty and sacrifices.
Back in the kitchen, Aanchal confronts Mamta, asking why she never got married. Mamta gives a vague answer and pretends to want to help Bhavna. Aanchal remains suspicious and warns Mamta not to go against her. Mamta senses the distrust and tries to assure Aanchal that she can change, but Aanchal doesn’t believe her. Recalling how Lakshmi once betrayed her trust and caused rifts in the Oberoi family, Aanchal makes it clear she won’t forgive Lakshmi or tolerate anyone with bad intentions.
Elsewhere, Malishka confides in her friend Kavya, admitting she feels guilty about her past actions. Kavya urges her not to be too harsh on herself, saying all’s fair in love and war. Malishka explains how she used Neelam to achieve her goals and how everything changed when she learned about Rishi’s Markesh Dosh. She says she got Rishi married to Lakshmi to save his life, but now sees that decision as a major mistake.
