Rishi confides in Neelam that he asked Lakshmi to move into his room, but she declined. He sees nothing wrong in it, but Neelam disagrees, warning him not to complicate things. Rishi believes Lakshmi no longer holds any grudges. Meanwhile, Rano and Aanchal argue over Shalu, but Harleen encourages Rano to let her dance. Rano agrees, and Shalu joyfully dances with the family, bringing smiles to everyone. Harleen is delighted to see the happiness Shalu spreads. Rishi tells Neelam that Lakshmi has changed, and he suspects Neelam’s disapproval stems from her support for Malishka.
Rishi blames Malishka, who confronts him and asserts her right to be with him, claiming she’s pregnant with his child. Neelam sides with Malishka and urges Rishi to fulfill his duty. He reluctantly agrees. Shalu later pulls Lakshmi aside to discuss Malishka, and Lakshmi reveals the truth about the argument over staying in Rishi’s room. She tells Shalu about Malishka’s challenge, and her own counter-challenge — to move into Rishi’s room within three days and expose Malishka once the reports arrive. Shalu supports her and urges her to throw Malishka out.
Lakshmi also mentions spotting Anushka but isn’t sure. She warns Shalu that women like Anushka, who’s still after Ayush, can’t be trusted. Meanwhile, Anushka sneaks into Ayush’s room and is startled when someone knocks. Shalu speculates that Anushka wants to return to the Oberoi house for luxury. Rano takes Shalu away for the mehendi function. Neil arrives in disguise to meet Anushka. They hide when Rani enters.
Rishi, feeling low, talks to Lakshmi. He tells her about the pressure from Neelam and Malishka. She encourages him to stay strong and not run from problems. He suggests leaving everything behind for a peaceful life, but she insists on facing challenges together. Rishi expresses his sadness that they aren’t truly together, but Lakshmi counters that their bond, respect, and care make their relationship meaningful. Her positivity surprises him.
Rano, suspicious, checks Ayush’s room as Anushka and Neil stay hidden. Harleen wishes for Rishi and Lakshmi’s reunion. Later, Rishi asks Lakshmi if she refused to move into his room because of Malishka’s pregnancy. She drops a bombshell — Malishka’s baby isn’t his. Rishi is stunned. Meanwhile, Rano leaves the room, and Neil warns Anushka to be cautious, especially during the dance performance where the family might recognize her.
Back with Rishi, Lakshmi backtracks on her words and covers up with a lie. He wonders if she’s upset, but she confesses she feels guilty for misjudging him. He teases her, asking for a kiss, but she dodges with a playful warning about Neelam. Their romantic moment lightens the mood. Meanwhile, Anushka plans to join the dance group to get close to Ayush and carry out her hidden agenda, despite Neil’s warnings.
