Rishi firmly tells Malishka that he will stay with Lakshmi and asks her to leave. Reluctantly, Malishka complies. Meanwhile, Kiran, struggling as she walks, reassures herself that everything she’s doing is for her daughter. When she meets Malishka, she reminds her that they stole the drive together. Seeing Malishka’s distress, Kiran asks what’s wrong. Malishka reveals that Lakshmi is pregnant. Though surprised, Kiran recalls that Guru Maa had already hinted at this possibility. Malishka questions why Lakshmi kept her pregnancy a secret and how the baby could still be alive. She asks Kiran if they know someone who can confirm it, and Kiran suggests Dr. Jyoti, her friend’s daughter.

Meanwhile, Rishi sits by Lakshmi’s bedside, apologizing for his past mistakes and vowing to keep her happy. Shalu and Ayush witness his care, and Shalu remarks on Rishi’s deep love for Lakshmi. Ayush agrees, expressing his desire to love someone as selflessly as Rishi does. Kiran and Malishka approach Dr. Jyoti, requesting her to verify Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Though hesitant at first, Jyoti is persuaded by Kiran. Kiran emphasizes that Lakshmi’s family must be kept away during the checkup, and Malishka assures her she will handle it. Meanwhile, Shalu is emotional, and Ayush tries to console her.

Neelam summons Rishi outside Lakshmi’s room, demanding that he stay away from her. However, Rishi insists that he has permission to be with Lakshmi and returns to her side. Elsewhere, Rano badmouths the Oberoi family over the phone, and Aanchal overhears, leading to a confrontation. Dadi intervenes, asking the reason for their argument.

Back at the hospital, Malishka stages a scene, pretending that Kiran has collapsed from a heart attack. The Oberoi family rushes to Kiran’s room, allowing Malishka to sneak Jyoti into Lakshmi’s room. After examining her, Jyoti confirms that Lakshmi is indeed pregnant and that the baby is alive.

The Oberois return to find Kiran perfectly fine. Suspicious, Rishi confronts her about Malishka’s claim of a heart attack. Kiran brushes it off, saying she’s okay. At that moment, Lakshmi’s primary doctor arrives and questions Jyoti about examining her patient without permission. Thinking quickly, Malishka lies, stating that Lakshmi was Jyoti’s patient first. However, Lakshmi’s doctor remains unconvinced and decides to inform Rishi about the pregnancy. Malishka panics, desperately trying to prevent the truth from being revealed. Meanwhile, Aanchal complains to Neelam about Rano’s behavior, prompting Neelam to sternly warn Rano to stay within her limits.
