Karishma overhears Rishi expressing his emotions and tries to comfort him, reminding him of his soon-to-arrive baby with Malishka. However, Rishi becomes emotional when he sees Lakshmi. Meanwhile, Balwinder spots them at the hospital but stays composed, thinking they can’t harm him. He lies to a ward boy who questions his presence there.
Karishma informs Ayush that Rishi is only anxious about Neelam, though Ayush senses something deeper. Malishka questions Kiran about who brought her to the hospital. Kiran is clueless, but Malishka feels she was deliberately led there and reveals she was being followed. This raises her suspicions even more.
In frustration, Malishka lashes out at the Oberois. Kiran warns her not to speak against Neelam, who has always stood by her, but Malishka insists
Back at home, Harleen is upset with Karishma for not informing her about Neelam. Karishma apologizes, and Harleen also questions Lakshmi for staying silent. When Kiran brings Malishka home, tensions rise again. Malishka gets defensive when questioned about her absence. Shalu mentions no one knew about Malishka being hospitalized, making Malishka suspicious. She lashes out, accusing Lakshmi of orchestrating the attack on her. Shalu denies it. Karishma asks why Malishka didn’t inform the family, and she claims she was unconscious. Kiran also says she was unaware.
Malishka angrily confronts Lakshmi, and her behavior confuses Rishi. She storms off to her room, and Harleen remains upset, despite everyone’s apologies. Later, Malishka tells Kiran she needs to conserve her energy and instructs her to deal with Balwinder. Kiran agrees, acknowledging that he could become a threat.
Kiran visits Balwinder, who panics, recalling the IT raid. She reassures him and gives him the money he demanded from Malishka. She urges him to leave the city for a while and enjoy himself. Balwinder is thrilled and thanks her before she leaves.
Elsewhere, Neil tells Anushka that her obsession has made her a devil, blinded by revenge against the Oberois. Anushka declares she wants Ayush at any cost. Meanwhile, Ayush expresses his happiness to Shalu for staying. She claims she has some work, but he senses her nervousness and reassures her. He asks her to promise never to hide anything from him. Shalu is torn, unsure how to reveal the truth about Malishka and Balwinder’s connection.
