Meanwhile, Neelam and Harleen question why those people targeted Lakshmi, as the family grows fearful and sympathizes with her. Rishi expresses regret for not being there for Lakshmi during her suffering. Shalu speaks to the doctor, requesting secrecy about Lakshmi’s pregnancy, and thanks her as Lakshmi regains consciousness.

Lakshmi anxiously asks about her baby, and the doctor reassures her. Rishi rushes to Lakshmi’s side, apologizing for his absence. Malishka overhears and secretly wishes Rishi hadn’t arrived in time, plotting to kill Lakshmi. The doctor advises Rishi to care for Lakshmi, who remains by her side, comforting her. The doctor updates the family on Lakshmi’s stable condition, and Neelam expresses gratitude.

Malishka grows frustrated seeing everyone sympathize with Lakshmi and decides to distract them. Rishi vows never to leave Lakshmi alone again, easing her worries about the baby. Meanwhile, Rishi and Ayush discuss the sudden baby shower plans, with Harleen explaining it’s for Neelam’s friend. Rishi notices Lakshmi’s distress as she struggles to expose Malishka’s truth, failing to convince Rishi.
