Lakshmi vows to protect her unborn child and escapes from Daima, who threatens to end her life. As Lakshmi gets lost, Shalu searches for her, while Rishi questions Manoj about Balwinder’s scheme—but Manoj lies. Rishi, frustrated, begins investigating the basement, where Lakshmi eventually finds a way out using her courage and intelligence.
Lakshmi’s escape shocks Malishka, Daima, and Balwinder. As Balwinder tries to stop her, Shalu and Rano arrive and fight off the villains. Lakshmi collapses, and Balwinder flees, hiding his identity. Although the hospital’s deranged staff momentarily detain Shalu and Rano, the police arrive just in time. The corrupt staff escape, but Balwinder is unmasked and seen by Shalu. She informs the police about the organ trafficking, earning their gratitude for exposing the criminal operation.
As Lakshmi thinks she’s finally safe, Malishka, determined to eliminate her, approaches with a knife—but halts upon seeing Rishi. He runs to Lakshmi, who collapses in his arms, emotionally overwhelmed. Ayush, Shalu, and Rano soon join them, and Lakshmi asks to be taken home. Ayush decides to call a doctor. Meanwhile, Kiran scolds Malishka for her reckless actions and notices her injured hand. Later, Daima threatens to expose Malishka, and Shalu catches sight of them together.
Shalu informs Rano about seeing Balwinder in the tunnel and Malishka with Daima. Though Rano is skeptical, she agrees they need proof. Kiran warns Malishka that Lakshmi’s pregnancy could eventually be revealed to Rishi. Shalu, suspicious of Malishka’s intentions, asks Rano to stay with them to help Lakshmi recover—and wonders if Malishka orchestrated everything to terminate Lakshmi’s pregnancy.
