The doctor updates the family after examining Lakshmi, revealing that the cold has severely damaged her organs, leaving her in critical condition. He urges everyone to pray for her recovery. Meanwhile, Rishi, Shalu, and Ayush review CCTV footage, noticing Lakshmi in a doctor’s coat searching for something. A nurse mentions a torn page from the register, hinting at foul play. They decide to check the basement’s cold storage footage but are interrupted by Malishka, who informs them of Lakshmi’s worsening condition. As they rush to her ward, Malishka calls Kiran, instructing her to destroy the basement footage. Kiran spots Balwinder heading to the basement and assures Malishka she will handle it.
Rishi learns from Neelam that Lakshmi’s condition is grave. The doctor reiterates that Lakshmi is fighting for her life. Inside, Lakshmi briefly regains consciousness, murmuring Rishi’s name. The nurse informs the doctor, who allows Rishi to see her. Meanwhile, Shalu confronts Balwinder, but he escapes with Kiran’s help. Kiran warns Balwinder that destroying the footage is crucial to protect both him and Malishka.
In Lakshmi’s room, Rishi tearfully apologizes, blaming himself for her condition. The nurse encourages him to stay strong, and Rishi urges Lakshmi to fight for her recovery. Lakshmi tries to convey something important, possibly about her pregnancy, but loses consciousness before she can speak. Distressed, Rishi calls for the doctor, who insists he leave the room. Outside, Rishi expresses his desire to stay with Lakshmi, but Neelam scolds him for disregarding the doctor’s instructions. Rishi continues to blame himself, apologizing to Rano and confiding in Ayush that Lakshmi is his life and he failed to protect her. Witnessing Rishi’s deep love for Lakshmi, Rano prays for her recovery, as the family grapples with fear and guilt.

So how come the doctor ain’t mention anything about her pregnancy and the safety of rhe baby? After seeing about her there’s no way they can’t tell she’s pregnant
Exactly, the only possible explanation is that they’re setting up for a miscarriage. If Lakshmi herself is barely surviving how can her unborn baby handle it?
Just wondering why Maliskha will be exposed her reckless and dangerous attacks on Lakshmi are many now

Seriously,this show sucks right now,I mean by now, the doctor would have found out she is pregnant and tell the family, but no is still not happening
