Rishi and Ayush visit the hospital searching for Balwinder but miss him. A nurse reveals Balwinder impregnated a married woman from a wealthy family, who lied to her husband about the baby. Two more women are getting DNA tests done to expose him. Meanwhile, Kiran tries to find Balwinder but runs into Rano instead, leaving her shocked.
Lakshmi, hiding her own secret mission, avoids Rishi’s call and lies about her whereabouts to protect the family. While Rishi collides with her at the hospital, she manages to slip away unnoticed. Rishi sees her reflection, but doesn’t confront her immediately.
Later, Rishi and Ayush hear more from the nurses about Balwinder’s betrayal and a mystery woman helping the affected family, leaving them intrigued. Despite Ayush’s curiosity to see Balwinder, Rishi stops him, insisting they shouldn’t interfere.
Elsewhere, Kiran learns from Rano that Balwinder is in the hospital and starts sensing trouble. Meanwhile, Rishi and Ayush run into Lakshmi and Shalu again. Although the girls lie about their presence, Rishi begins suspecting Lakshmi is hiding something.
In another twist, Malishka regains consciousness in a hospital bed, terrified and confused. She believes someone tried to kill her and calls Kiran in a panic, claiming her blood was taken for unknown tests. Rishi later stops Lakshmi and directly confronts her, catching her in a lie—raising the tension even higher.
